Over the course of many years, the International Live Events Association (ILEA) has presented many successful education conferences on the local, regional and international levels. Without the generous support of both cash and in-kind goods and services from many of our members worldwide, it would be virtually impossible for these programs to exist. ILEA Live 2018 will bring together hundreds of creative event professionals from around the world for three days of high level education, imaginative thought and legendary networking, all held in a truly inspiring location Denver, Colorado. The International Live Events Association is the principal association for the global creative events professional. By showcasing your organization as outlined in the following pages, you will have access to an eager audience ready to view what you do best. In purchasing products and/or contracting for outside services, more than 80 percent of ILEA Live conference attendees have sole purchasing authority or are key decision makers regarding business purchases. Your company can select from a menu of showcasing opportunities that meet your marketing needs and offer increased exposure at our conference. The International Live Events Association (ILEA) is a global community of thousands of creative event professionals whose skills, expertise and experience power some of the most influential live events around the world. ILEA is a community centered around celebrating all aspects of live event production and management. This enables our members to deliver the very best work to their clients through collaboration, thought-leadership and idea sharing. 6 Buying Power ILEA members collectively spend over $21.6 billion on goods and services globally, either directly or on behalf of third party clients. The largest spend geographically is within the US & Canada, followed by Europe, Australasia and the Middle East & Africa.

9 In-Kind Goods and Services As creative event professionals we know there are many elements needed to achieve the level of experience to meet our collective expectations. Given the location for this year s ILEA Live, we plan to keep focus on what s readily available for our event needs; however there are many opportunities for easily transportable goods and services. We are also open to financial contributions to cover specific cost of these items if it makes more logistical sense.
