As the convener of the leaders of state, metropolitan, local and other bar associations from around the country, the National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP) addresses key issues that impact members of the legal profession. NCBP was founded in 1950 with the primary purpose to promote the exchange of ideas and information, report trends and facilitate discussion which it achieves through its Midyear and Annual meetings held in conjunction with those of the American Bar Association. The current NCBP membership consists of legal professionals who are former presidents, or are serving as president, president-elect, or other leadership track officer positions from more than 100+ bar associations nationwide. NCBP Sponsors reach the legal market in two ways: Bar Associations - Sponsorship of an NCBP Midyear or Annual meeting gives you access to key decision makers of the major bar associations. The leaders, in turn, represent a combined bar association membership of 1.3 million lawyers. Legal Profession - Besides leading bar organizations, these attorneys are also leaders within law firms and corporations, serving as Managing Partners, Managing Directors, Shareholders, Principals, General Counsel and Of Counsel. Sponsor NCBP Midyear & Annual Meetings Designed to provide timely, insightful information along with optimal networking opportunities, NCBP Annual and Midyear meetings are must-attend events held in world-class cities throughout the United States. Annual meetings occur in early August and Midyear meetings are held in February. Meeting attendance ranges between 175 to 350 attendees. Each meeting offers educational programming sessions and ample networking opportunities for both attendees and sponsors. Sponsorship Opportunities Annual and Midyear meeting corporate sponsorship packages are available at Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Patron and Friend levels (please see pages 2-3 for package details). Starting at the Silver level and above, sponsors receive access to exhibit onsite in the sponsor vendor area, and during networking breaks, talk one-on-one with bar leaders. NCBP sponsorship packages are designed to provide an optimal environment that will open doors for you and your business, and the networking breaks are just one example of the benefits you will receive when you sponsor NCBP NCBP Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL Purchase an Advertisement in the NCBP Meeting Printed Program Purchase advertisement space in an Midyear or Annual meeting program and reach over 500 members of three different organizations: National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP), National Association of Bar Executives (NABE), and the National Conference of Bar Foundations (NCBF). Levels of Sponsorship (Per Meeting) Friend - $500 Sponsor acknowledgement and contact information in the printed conference program (for both annual and midyear meetings); programs are delivered to over 500 members of three associations: NCBP, NABE & NCBF Patron - $1,000 All of the benefits of a Friend Sponsorship Level, plus: Sponsor logo acknowledgement on the NCBP website for a 6 month period Sponsor acknowledgement in a pre-conference sent to 300 some registrants Silver - $2,500 All of the benefits of a Patron Sponsorship Level, plus Up to 2 sponsor representatives will receive complimentary registrations Up to 2 passes for sponsor reps to attend the NCBP Executive Council Alumni Dinner Up to 2 sponsor reps will receive tickets to all NCBP meals and NABE/NCBP/NCBF Joint Reception if sponsoring an Annual Meeting, or an equivalent event if sponsoring a Midyear Meeting Sponsor opportunity to include a prize in a raffle during sponsor networking breaks Sponsor display in the Sponsor exhibit room for one day at two sponsor appreciation networking breaks; each sponsor receives a 10 x 10 ft space that includes a 6 ft exhibit table, two chairs, and a sponsor sign with sponsor name in text Two sets of meeting attendee lists, to be used one time each by the sponsor: one before the meeting, and one after with on-site attendees included. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SPONSOR ONSITE REPRESENTATIVES: Sponsors are provided complimentary registrations as outlined in the sponsorship levels (e.g. Platinum 6 max; Diamond 4 max; Gold 3 max; Silver 2 max; Patron 0, Friend 0). Each additional sponsor representative attending an NCBP annual or midyear meeting must pay the regular NCBP registration fees.
