When you would like the ad(s) to run (see pg. 4 for our Publication Schedule). 3. Do you require our complimentary design services? If so, please note that we require all necessary ad content at least 5 business days prior to the intended ad run date. If you are creating your own ad, please inquire about our tech specs. 4. Is your organization a registered not-forprofit or a recognized UofT campus group? Once we have confirmed your order, we will publish your ads on their intended run date(s). We will also you a digital copy of the issue in which the ad ran, as well as an impressions report if you bought online advertising, and a numbered invoice for your purchase. The deadline for your payment is 30 days after the final day of your ad-run. You can pay by cheque, credit card, debit card, or Paypal.
