ABOUT THE EVENT The IRP/IFTA Managers' and Law Enforcement Workshop provides an in-depth exploration of issues impacting IRP, IFTA, law enforcement, and the motor carrier industry in general. Attendance at and interest in this event has grown consistently since IFTA and IRP started partnering on this workshop in In 2017, over 98 attendees representing 41 jurisdictions attended. Titles represented include managers, supervisors, and directors. Organization of the event is a joint effort involving the IFTA Agreement Procedures Committee, IFTA Law Enforcement Committee, IRP Education Committee, and industry input.

When determining logo or description placement for sponsors, IRP will go first by the total amount sponsored, and then by the date committed.

This exclusive sponsorship will be available to just one company. This $30, sponsorship covers two events and includes: Sponsorship of both the IRP Annual Meeting and the IRP/IFTA Managers and Law Enforcement Workshop. Headline placement of your company name and logo on all communications including sponsors for both events, including the relevant website page, front page of conference agenda, and premium-level sponsorship sign at registration area. Time during the opening general session at both events for a sponsor representative to welcome attendees. For the IRP Annual Meeting, sponsorship of the opening keynote, tentatively titled Our Transportation Future. IRP is currently working on confirming and contracting a speaker. For the IRP/IFTA Managers and Law Enforcement Workshop, sponsorship of the welcome lunch on the first day. For both events, special attendee lanyards printed to include your company s logo. 5 CONDITIONS By purchasing a sponsorship, you and your sponsoring company acknowledge the following conditions: When determining logo placement for sponsors, IRP will go first by the total amount sponsored, and then by the date committed. Full payment must be received prior to receiving event benefits. Sponsorships are assigned by IRP, Inc. on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferences. Sponsorship benefits will be determined by the total amount of money given. Further information about benefits and logistics will be communicated after IRP acceptance of sponsorship. Sponsorship of an IRP event shall neither entitle the sponsor to an exclusive sponsorship arrangement with respect to any service or product, nor constitute an endorsement of any service or product. Written notice of cancellation must be received no less than 30 days prior to the conference in order to receive a refund (less a $100 cancellation fee). No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to conference date. Sponsor acknowledges that neither IRP, Inc. representatives, employees or contractors, nor the exhibit facility shall be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or injury to the Sponsor and its employees, contractors, agents, or representatives that arises out of or relates to the Annual Meeting. Company owns rights to any materials it submits to IRP for inclusion on IRP web, print or other materials.
