24 Printed Materials Printed Materials Dibond (Aluminium Composite Sheet) Dibond is a strong, rigid material manufactured from two sheets of aluminium with a polyethylene centre. With the option of printing to both sides in full colour, this is a really versatile material. DiBond panels are ideal for long term exterior signage and displays offering weather resistant and rust-free qualities. Foamex Rigid PVC foam sheet often referred to as Foamex is an expanded closed cell polyethylene foam sheet. It can be offered in many different thicknesses and colours. Foamex panels provide a low cost display solution ideal for signage, exhibitions, galleries and point of sale display. The most popular thicknesses are 3mm, 5mm and 10mm but can be specified from 1mm to 19mm thick. Acrylic Acrylic or Perspex can be printed directly using high quality UV inks. Available in many sizes, thicknesses and colours, acrylic produces stunning displays. We polish and flame edge our acrylic to ensure a premium quality end result. Correx Lightweight twin wall polypropylene sheet can be printed on directly and is ideal for short-term events, promotions and signage. A favourite with forecourt and directional signage, promotion boards and exhibition displays. 25 Printed Materials Printed Materials Smart-X Smart-X is is a durable and lightweight material, which is ideally suited to short term exterior or interior use. The print is extremely high quality due to the materials ability to accept UV inks. Ideally suited for wall displays, signage, events and many industrial applications this is a quality looking item at an affordable price. Cardboard and Board Printing directly onto cardboard and board we can produce stunning visual displays. Both materials can be used for a variety of applications including show-cards, exhibitions, point of sale, shops, museums and showroom display. Printed Metal Printing directly onto metal can produce some stunning effects. We have the in-house capability to print onto any type of metal you choose. Polypropylene Polypropylene or Priplak as it s also known has a smooth satin finish on one side and a textured pearl finish on the reverse.
