3 Athletics Sponsorship & Advertising Dear Prospective Sponsor, The Findlay High School Athletic Department would like to thank you for your continued support of Trojan Athletics through sponsorship and advertising partnerships. As we look forward to another exciting year of Trojan Athletics, we would like to express our extreme gratitude for the help you have provided in the past. Each year, over 800 student-athletes at Findlay High School participate in 24 varsity, junior varsity, and freshman athletic programs. The opportunities, available to all of our student-athletes, could not be made possible without your help. As we begin planning for the athletic calendar year, we are asking for your continued support. An ad in our program has proven to be very visible to people statewide and an excellent way to gain exposure for your business. Our programs sell extremely well and as you may know, sporting events are truly an exciting time at Findlay High School. This coming year we look to feature a spring program that would include your ad throughout the entire year. Our full color programs are currently sold at varsity home Football, Volleyball, and Boys and Girls Basketball games. Your ad will appear in programs sold at these contests, and this year we will be continuing our advertisement offerings to include opportunities for LED digital displays and corporate naming rights for new athletic facilities. The advertisement options and prices are listed on the attached pages. Simply complete the form at the end and return at your earliest convenience. You may pay now or choose to be invoiced in the fall. Any artwork may be ed or you may contact us with suggestions. Deadline for inclusion in the fall program is August 4 th. If you opt for payment in the fall, invoices will be mailed in the month of September. Again, thank you for your consideration of support for the athletes at Findlay High School.
