2 About Us The RAF Alconbury/Molesworth community consists of U.S. active duty military personnel and civilians, as well as British civilian employees that work in the military units and base services like dining facilities, recreation centers, the exchange and the commissary. The community also includes banks, credit unions, and local vendors. As a part of the 501st Combat Support Wing, the 423d Force Support Squadron is the heart of the RAF Alconbury and RAF Molesworth community. We provide the very best in quality of life initiatives, programs, events, and activities for customers at both bases. Our facilities include: Airman & Family Readiness Center Arts & Crafts Center Auto Hobby Shop Bowling Center Britannia Inn Child Development Center Community Activities Center Daily Grind Coffee Shop Education Center Fitness Center Information, Tickets, & Tours Office Library Outdoor Recreation Stukeley/Pathfinder Pub Youth & Teen Centers Our overseas location provides a unique opportunity for prospective sponsors and advertisers because the majority of our military & civilian community members are relatively new to the area - some of them living overseas for the first time - and in search of information about off-base services and activities. Service members and their families are used to a life of constant upheaval - starting over every few years with everything from new houses, stores, and hairdressers to new recreational activites, schools, and restaurants. And when stationed overseas, they tend to look to the base to provide information on the local community. Our commercial sponsorship and advertising opportunities can help you get your message to this captive audience of thousands of diverse and loyal customers who are using our high-traffic facilities and attending our events. 3 Commercial Sponsorship WHAT IS SPONSORSHIP? The Commercial Sponsorship Program* provides your business with the opportunity to increase visibility and awareness of your product and services within the RAF Alconbury/Molesworth community while enhancing and expanding the vital programs that contribute to the quality of life for Air Force members and their families. DIRECT FINANCIAL SUPPORT Cash to be used to offset the costs of events and programs BENEFITS OF SPONSORSHIP As a commercial sponsor, your business will have high visibility and direct exposure to a large military community of over 11,000 personnel. Your business will be entitled to benefits which may include: IN-KIND Products or services to enhance events and programs, such as food and drinks, crafts, games, inflatables, decorations, music, etc. Direct exposure to the military market Pre-event promotion on large A1 size signs displayed in prominent locations around the base, on the rafalconbury.com website, Facebook page, and electronic slides located in multiple FSS facilities PRIZES Merchandise, gift certificates and service-related prizes to be given away at an event Authorization to display banners, provide handouts & promote your business/products at sponsored base events Verbal recognition of contributions at the sponsored event Logo recognition on event signage Increased community relations and development of sponsor and product loyalties PROGRAM SUPPORT Uniforms, equipment, medals, trophies, and/or equipment for various events and activities GIFTS/DONATIONS Gifts and donations in the form of cash, merchandise, and/ or services are always appreciated. However, publicity and recognition for gifts and donations is limited.

6 Advertising TABLE TENT ADVERTISEMENTS Strategically placed on tables where customers relax with their coffee and/or their lunch, table tents are a great way to make sure your ad is noticed and your message is heard loud and clear. Each table tent frame is three-sided and may contain a maximum of one paid advertisement. Or if your electronic artwork is print-ready, we can print and laminate it for you at our in-house print shop. Flat rate design fee: $60 / 40 (includes 2 revisions) Ad adjustment fee: $37 / 25 (includes 1 revision) A1 poster printing: $20 / 14 A3 poster printing: $5 / 6 SUBMISSION DEADLINES Ad space reservations are due on the 1st of the month prior and artwork/payment are due no later than the 15th of the month prior. For example, if you want to advertise in June, the contract needs to be signed by May 1st and artwork/payment needs to be received by our office by May 15th. If graphic design/printing services are requested, additional lead time will be required. ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS All electronic artwork submissions must be in color, CMYK, high-resolution, with a.25 bleed. Acceptable formats: High-resolution PDF, JPEG, EPS, INDD Unacceptable formats: Pagemaker; Microsoft Publisher, Word, or Powerpoint; images less than 300dpi.
