In consideration of such publication, the advertiser and its agency agree to identify and hold the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber (TPCC) harmless against any expenses by reason of any claims arising out of publication. Advertisers and their agents assume full liability for claims against TPCC due to ad content. TPCC reserves the right to edit, revise or reject any advertisement without nullifying agreement. TPCC assumes no responsibility of liability for errors in ad content. Adjustment for errors in advertisements shall not exceed the cost of space occupied. Cancellations 50% of the rate will be involved if TPCC is not notified within five working days of signing this insertion order. Advertiser will be billed for unused ad space if no acceptable copy is provided in sufficient time to meet normal production schedules and stated artwork deadline. Payment Terms 50% of cash payment is required upon receipt of ad space reservation, with balance due upon proof of ad. If payment is not received, the publisher has the right to remove the ad from publication and charge for composition expense. All balances not paid within 30 days are subject to delinquency charge for 1 1/2% (18% annun) per month. Re-invoicing will be charged at $5.00 per additional invoice sent. Agency balances not paid within 45 days will be billed at a gross to client. Agencies requesting commission are responsible for final payment.
