2 Who we are Jungle Fever Jindalee State School Fete 2017 The Jindalee State School P&C Association would like to give you the opportunity to support our local community at this year s fete. Be a part of this wonderful celebration in 2017 where we bring together the whole community for a family-friendly and affordable fantastic day. We appreciate that every dollar spent to promote your business must be worthwhile and by participating in this well renowned community event, you can be assured that your business will be delivered amazing value and exposure. Check out the sponsorship levels and benefits associated with each in this proposal. We hope to have the opportunity to promote your business to our community this year. 2 The Jindalee State School P&C Association is made up of a bunch of awesomely cool volunteer parents who band together to put on a fete of epic proportions. We re also super focused getting the best bang for our sponsors buck! What We Do We live local and buy local and each year we re busy planning a range of creative opportunities for community engagement and promotion to support our local businesses. This year we ll again create a professionally designed eye catching flyer, containing the events program and the awesome things that you see at this year s Jungle Fever themed fete. Like Tarzan swinging through the jungle, participating businesses can t help but get noticed. Each year we increase the subscriber base of our electronic newsletter, helping to get your business in front of the locals. This reaches beyond the school and across the community to increase awareness of the fete. In 2017 newsletters will once again be ed, posted on our website and linked via our social media channels. By advertising in the full colour fete flyer your business will be circulated to a minimum of 13,000 households within the Centenary and Western suburbs. 3

3 Platinum Sponsorship There is only one Platinum sponsorship opportunity available at $6,000. They say animals are afraid of fireworks. Well not our Jindalee Jungle friends, they all hang around to the end. Fireworks Display You have the opportunity to add a personal touch to the finale of the fireworks display. Light up your business name in pyrotechnics. 4 Gold Sponsorships The BBQ and Bar sponsorships are available at $3,000 each. Two big opportunities for your business name being front and centre. The wafting scent of meat on the BBQ never fails to draw a drooling crowd of carnivores, and they ll have plenty of time to admire your sign while waiting for their feast. And a cold beverage at the bar after herding lion cubs and chasing cheeky little monkeys, now that always bring a thirsty tribe. These jungle parents will love nothing more than ordering a cold beverage or two right under your business branding. IT S FEEDING TIME - BBQ and Bar Silver Sponsorships There are six silver sponsorship opportunities available at $2,000 each.
