All inserts must be folded flat (1/2 fold only not a quarter fold). Inserts should be delivered to our printer at: 4305 McClellan Blvd., Anniston, AL by 5 pm Monday in boxes. Classified Rates (line ads) Up to 30 words, 1 week: $6.00, $4.50 for each consecutive week with no changes. Over 30 words: 20 per word. All classified ads must be paid in advance by mail or in person. No phone-in ads can be accepted except from advertisers with a regular account. General Rate Policy The most favorable rates are earned by advertisers who contract for a certain amount of display advertising in a quarter. Ads that measure 20 inches or more will be billed as full column. Commission & Terms of Payment Payment will be cash in advance until such time as credit approval is granted. All rates are listed as NET and are non-commissionable.

The contract rate is based on the promise to use a specified number of inches in a particular quarter. In case of failure by the advertiser to use the specified number of inches in the contracted three-month period, an additional sum for each column inch of space actually used will be charged (equal to the difference between the rate contracted and the rate earned). 2. The earned rate of an advertiser is determined by the number of column inches used during the previous quarter. 3. Every effort is made to avoid errors. The Randolph Leader shall be liable for any errors in any advertisement caused by its own negligence only to the extent of republishing in its next regular issue the item in which the error occurred, and in space not exceeding that occupied by the item on the first publication. In case the error results in the merchant offering goods at less than the proper price, The Randolph Leader will, on request, furnish a letter to the advertiser to be posted in the store, setting forth the correct price. 4. Advertising designed by The Randolph Leader is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without the permission of the publisher. 5. All advertising is subject to approval. The Randolph Leader reserves the right to edit copy or reject advertising. 6. Deadline for all copy is 5:00 PM Monday. DEADLINE FOR ALL AD SUBMISSION IS 5:00 PM MONDAY.
