2 ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE IS REAL. Pablo Picasso D&D has been leading the design and decoration editorial market in Argentina over the last 31 years. Ever since its creation, the magazine has provided a trend setting style, positioning itself as a referent of upmost importance in interior design throughout the country. D&D is lived, collected and consulted as reference material for those engaged in the best of interior design at a local level. Pioneering with its website for over fifteen years, the magazine has had a digital platform made up of a newsletter (with 30,000 active users subscribed); a website (with an excellent position in the main search engines); and own social media channels. Throughout its history D&D has challenges itself going beyond other common editorial initiatives; for instance launching the exhibition Un Siglo de Decoración ( A Century in Decoration ) held at the Museo Nacional de Arte Decorativo (National Museum of Decorative Art) and the D&D Fair, which has completed three successful editions. For these reasons D&D proves ideal to generate commercial opportunities and to carry out projects and do business. A brand and a place where what is imagined becomes reality. 18 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Advertising orders shall be considered on a conditional basis exclusively by Editorial Primera Línea SA. Editorial Primera Línea SA reserves the right to refuse any advertisements which it may deem unsuitable. Production costs will be charged to the customer separately from advertising rates. Any claims arising from hired advertisements shall be valid only in writing within 48 hours after receipt of the request thereof. Cancellation of any advertising space order shall only be valid only if submitted in writing within 48 hours thereafter. The advertiser shall provide Editorial Primera Línea SA with the elements and texts necessary for advertising production purposes. Should these not be provided with within the required time, the order will be null, the advertiser being obliged to pay for the hired space. The advertiser shall be responsible for holding Editorial Primera Línea SA harmless against any third parties or entities claims resulting from the violation of any laws and regulations in force. Upon 15 days after payment due date, according to the terms previously agreed in the advertising space order, the publishing house will have the right to apply Debit Notes on any discount, at a monthly rate of 3% on the advertisement gross cost. Any dishonored check which has been used for payment shall be exchanged for the same value to date within 48 business hours thereafter, Bank charges resulting therefrom shall be added.. The advertiser acknowledges and consents to Editorial Primera Línea SA being authorized to charge all costs resulting from the present request. Failure to receive the corresponding invoice shall not constitute grounds for non-payment. Delivery of payment instruments shall be made upon closing the advertising space order. CAMPAINGS CANCELLATION POLICY Any advertising campaign, i.e. the consecutive series of advertisements previously ordered by the advertiser, shall be subject to the total payment of any amount owed whether as a result of the campaign which the advertiser wishes to cancel or any advertisements outside the campaign. In the event of debt, Editorial Primera Línea SA shall have the right to continue publishing the last (original) advertisement requested by the advertiser, any request for cancellation being invalid. In such an event, Editorial Primera Línea SA may unilaterally cancel the requested series of advertisements, the advertiser being deemed to have failed to comply with the campaign and thus automatically losing all discounts and/or deductions on rates, even including already published and paid campaign advertisements.
