1 Coal Mining is one of the main economic activities in Colombia and the world. In an effort to continue building the country and providing valuable insight for the industry growth, in Barranquilla on February 11 and 12, 2019 will be held the XXI version of the Colombian Coal Conference. This event will bring together the most renowned national and international experts to discuss, among other topics, strategies to attract foreign investment and make it sustainable in the long term and the necessary interaction between coal mining projects and renewable energies to take advantage of the changes in the industry.
