However, there is also a rapidly emerging opportunity for professionals, organizations, and businesses to use photo-rich products to generate new revenue streams from customer experiences, to sell products and services, to raise funds, and for many other purposes. InfoTrends inaugural event on photo publishing is designed to explore how the consumer, corporate, and on demand publishing markets are converging to create new opportunities for the digital photo and production printing industry. The event will focus on market education, business development, and technology & operational issues that must be addressed to grow the industry. 3 Who Will Attend? InfoTrends will recruit leading companies from key market segments to participate as Very Important Person (VIP) guests in the PhotoPublishing Summit. VIPs receive complimentary roundtrip airfare, accommodations and meals. As a sponsor you will be matched up with qualified buyers throughout the event in personal meetings and breaks. We will also work directly with sponsors to identify and invite specific companies/individuals during the recruitment process. InfoTrends will also have a broad marketing program to attract smaller, local companies and professional photographers/graphic designers that are interested in PhotoPublishing. The Platinum level sponsor receives the following: Eight 20-minute one-to-one appointment based meetings with key industry buyers on day one Four exclusive 30-minute sessions in a private boardroom with up to 20 buyers per session on day two The opportunity to provide a speaker for the keynote session on conference program. (Speakers and session content must be approved by InfoTrends in advance. Messages of a commercial nature are not allowed.) One complimentary tabletop exhibit. Each platinum sponsor will receive a draped 6 tabletop with 2 chairs in the dedicated exhibit area for displaying literature, new products, or new technologies. Upon receipt of this agreement and a PO number, InfoTrends will issue an invoice for the amount of the sponsorship.
