10 PGV+ Growth Points Increase your PGV+ over your previous 12-month period PGV+ base (January through December 2017) to start earning points toward your trip qualification. PGV+ Over Base Points Total Cumulative 12, , , , , , PGV+ points are cumulative; for example, when you increase your PGV+ over base by 36,000, you ll earn a total of 150 cumulative points

11 Developing Depth Points (QOV Growth) Are you a Paid-As Coordinator or above? Earn points each month you achieve a QOV growth target of 2000 QOV, 4000 QOV, or QOV above your average 2017 monthly QOV base (January December 2017). Monthly Points Monthly QOV Above Base What is QOV? QOV is Qualified Organizational Volume, and it consists of all Organizational Volume (OV) outside the largest leg. Your monthly QOV base is your average between January and December 2017, or 5000 QOV, whichever is greater.

12 Leadership Category for Keys and Above Key Coordinators and Above Category Three fully qualified teams* with 200+ points: Earn a Dream Trip for two people (300 point tier) To be eligible in this category, you: Must have been Paid-As Key or higher for four months in the 2017 incentive period Must be Paid-As Key or higher for four months in the 2018 incentive period Must meet the minimum Sponsoring point requirement (50 total/10 personal) *When a Business Leader fully qualifies for the Dream Trip via points and all other requirements, he or she will count for one Key Coordinator or above upline. The Key Coordinator or above who is able to count this qualifier is the first Key Coordinator or above in the sponsor upline (through six generations on his or her Business Recap).

22 Global Conference Recognition How can you qualify for recognition at the 2018 Shaklee Global Conference? To qualify as a Shaklee Star, simply achieve one of the following: Increase your OV by 25,000 Rank Advancement Wall of Honour status What can you earn as a Shaklee Star at Conference? Shaklee Star registration and lounge access Shaklee Star VIP gift and recognition at a Star Celebration VIP seating during General Sessions

23 Become a Shaklee Star Increase your Organizational Volume (OV): Increase your cumulative OV during the Qualification Period by at least 25,000 over your base Your base is calculated by adding your OV for the PV months of July 2016 through May 2017

24 Rank Advancement Recognition 2018 Shaklee Global Conference Recognition All new rank achievers promoted to their highest appointed ranks between July 1, 2017 and May 31, 2018 will receive onstage recognition at the 2018 Shaklee Global Conference. Note: you do not need to have held your new rank for four consecutive months to be recognized at Shaklee Global Conference; however, you must be paid as the new rank in either the May or the June PV month prior to Shaklee Global Conference. To be recognized at a new rank of Key Coordinator or higher, you must complete the full three months maintenance, be appointed to the rank, and be paid as that new rank in the May PV month prior to Shaklee Global Conference.

25 Shaklee Star: 2018 Wall of Honour Become a Wall of Honour Achiever to receive very special recognition at the 2018 Shaklee Global Conference in addition to being a Shaklee Star! Wall of Honour recognizes the top 10 Business Leader teams that have the highest cumulative ranking in each of the following categories during the qualification period: FORTUNE TOP 10 Highest income earned #1 INCOME EARNER OF THE YEAR INCOME TOP 10 Highest increase in income #1 INCOME GROWTH OF THE YEAR GROWTH TOP 10 Greatest increase in QOV #1 DISTRIBUTOR OF THE YEAR RISING STARS TOP 10 New Business Leader (within 3 years) with the greatest increase in QOV year over year #1 ROOKIE OF THE YEAR QUALIFICATION PERIOD July 1, 2017 May 31, 2018 Note: QOV consists of all Organizational Volume (OV) outside the largest leg.

27 Dream Trip Rank Requirements Dream Trip rank requirements: Must be a Paid-As Coordinator or higher for a minimum of four consecutive months during the Qualification Period to qualify for the Dream Trip Once the four-month rank qualification has been met, your Paid-As Rank may not fall below Senior Director through March 2019 Top Achievers International Trip rank requirements: Must be a Paid-As Key Coordinator or higher for a minimum of four consecutive months during the 2017 and 2018 Qualification Periods to attend the Top Achievers International Trip Once the four-month rank qualification has been met, your Paid-As Rank may not fall below Executive Coordinator through April 2019 See the Shaklee Incentives Booklet for full qualification information.

28 Dream Trip Sponsoring Points A minimum of 50 Sponsoring points is required (10 points must be personal) A maximum of 100 points can be earned in this category for Incentive Trips and Recognition (including Sponsoring Carry-Forward points) Success Bonus Sponsoring points are awarded each time you qualify for a $25 Preferred Member Success Bonus or a $150 Qualified Distributor Success Bonus For those who became Distributors during the January 1 through December 31, 2018 Qualification Period and who did not fully qualify for the 2019 Dream Trip, Sponsoring points earned for September 1 through December 31, 2018 may be carried over to the next incentive trip (if similar qualifications) For all others, if a trip is not earned, all Sponsoring points expire at the end of the Qualification Period See the Shaklee Incentives Booklet for full qualification information.

29 Dream Trip: Rank Advancement Points A new rank means a first-time, never-before-held rank, or the Paid-As Rank was held prior to January 2013; points will not be awarded if the rank was held for four or more consecutive months from the January 2013 PV month through December 2017 PV month Rank Advancement points can only be assigned once for any given rank and are assigned at the conclusion of the four-consecutive-month Qualification Period (month of initial achievement plus three months maintenance equals four consecutive months) without the use of Volume Grace Months or waivers If a trip is not earned during the Qualification Period, Rank Advancement points expire at the end of the trip Qualification Period and cannot be carried forward to the next incentive Qualification Period See the Shaklee Incentives Booklet for full qualification information.

30 Dream Trip: PGV+ Growth Points What is PGV+? PGV+ is the total of your Personal Group Volume (PGV) during the Qualification Period, plus the PGV of each of your First Generation Leaders during the Qualification Period How is your PGV+ Base calculated? The total of your PGV for each month from the January through December 2017 PV months, plus the PGV for each month during this Base Period for each First Generation Leader you held in the December 2017 PV month (if any), or 24,000, whichever is greater Which First Generation Leaders count for PGV+? During the Qualification Period, the PGV of any First Generation Leader who meets any of the following criteria will count toward your PGV+: The First Generation Leader was a First Generation Leader of yours in any PV month during the Base Period (January through December 2017) The First Generation Leader is a new Business Leader who promoted during the Qualification Period The First Generation Leader is a reinstated Business Leader who promoted during the Qualification Period and was not a Business Leader in any month during the Base Period See the Shaklee Incentives Booklet for full qualification information.

35 Top Achievers Trip: New Rank New Rank qualification: All Shaklee Business Leaders who achieve the ranks of Key Coordinator or above for the first time (Five-Year Rule applies) during the 2018 incentive year and maintains for four consecutive months will earn the 2019 Top Achievers International Trip Those who start their new rank qualifications in either October, November, or December 2018 and maintain for four consecutive months will qualify for the 2019 Top Achievers International Trip Once the rank advancement requirements are met, your Paid-As Rank may not fall below Executive Coordinator through the month of the trip See the Shaklee Incentives Booklet for full qualification information.
