This year s carnival will be our biggest and best yet! The impact of this community event can become even greater with your involvement, and we deeply appreciate your consideration of support and participation. The opportunity to include local merchants in this community event is a high priority for us, and your support is paramount to its success. This packet has been designed to make it easy for businesses to show their support. The first opportunity is that of sponsoring the event. We have designed a variety of sponsorship opportunities, all of which are outlined within, ranging from an exclusive Title Sponsor to bronze sponsorship. The second opportunity is to advertise your business by contributing an item or service to be auctioned. Again this year will feature a Silent Auction at which items will be displayed both online at (CarlsonPTO.com) as well as at the Carnival. Our online exposure, combined with our physical showcase during the event, can deliver exposure to more than 5,000 bidders. 9 May 29, 2016 Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is to verify that Carlson Elementary PTO is a member organization of the Chandler School Boosters, Inc. (CSB) for the fiscal year June 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, and must use the Tax ID number assigned to Chandler School Boosters (CSB) when conducting business. The IRS Determination Letter for the CSB is attached. The CSB is an umbrella organization that serves all PTO and Booster organizations affiliated with the Chandler Unified School District.
