Unlading /Bth Set Up Vendrs are respnsible fr their wn set up and clean up. Gates pen t vendrs and vlunteers at 9:30am. All Vendrs are expected t be set up and ready by 11:30am; gates pen t the festival prmptly at 11:45am. Vendrs will use the track and field side gate entrance fr unlading their merchandise and then must immediately mve their vehicles t a public parking space utside r arund the schl r in the faculty and staff area if available. Due t safety issues, since this is als the festival entrance, vendrs will nt be permitted after 11:15am, frfeiting bth space and dnatin. pg. 5

There will be sme tables and chairs available frm the schl n a limited basis (see registratin frm) and are n a first cme first served basis. Exhibitr Bth Breakdwn Vendrs breakdwn between 3:15p 4:15 pm; exiting befre 4:30pm. Vendrs are expected t take all merchandise, prps, trash, decratins, etc. with them upn leaving the event. Refund Plicy Cancellatins after 4/10/2014 will nt be refunded. Please nte: In the event that event is cancelled, the PTO will refund space dnatin fee in full t Vendrs upn request.
