2 About the Georgia School Counselor Association... Established in 1949, the Georgia School Counselor Association (GSCA) is a private, non-profit association comprised of school counselors, counseling and guidance directors, supervisors, administrators, counselor educators, and other individuals involved in related activities who have an impact on a student s success and well-being at school, work and home. GSCA members work in all educational settings from elementary through postsecondary education. GSCA has been instrumental in setting professional standards for the school counseling profession in Georgia. Each fall members of GSCA travel to attend the largest event sponsored by GSCA. They participate in networking opportunities and education sessions providing our sponsoring organizations an important opportunity to develop lasting and personal relationships with our captive audience. 5 Exhibitor Opportunity Exhibiting at the GSCA Conference will put you in touch with hundreds of Counselors throughout the state of Georgia. They will come to learn, gather ideas and shop. Many will cite that the exhibit area at the GSCA Conference is among the Conference highlights. This creates a prime opportunity for exhibitors to make a strong impression while they build a relationship with the counselors. EXHIBIT HALL HOURS (Subject to Change) Conference registration and exhibit space will be located in the Exhibit Hall CDEF located in the Jekyll Island Convention Center. Reservations for multiple booths and conference sponsors will be given first priority on booth location. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Wednesday, November 8: Exhibit Hours Thursday, November 9: Exhibit Hours Friday, November 10: Exhibit Hours 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 7:0 am - 10:45 am Load In / Load Out Hours - Wednesday, November 8: Exhibitor Packet Pick-Up and Move-In can beging at 9:00 am and will run until noon. Exhibitor Move-Out - Friday, November 10: 10:45 am - 12:00 pm (Dismantle and Move-Out MUST be completed by 12:00 pm) The Fine Print on Exhibiting Cancellations: Cancellations on exhibit space made prior to September 1 are allowed without penalty. Cancellations between September 1 and October are subject to 25% processing fee. Cancellations after October are non-refundable in any amount. All cancellations must be made in writing via to info@ gaschoolcounselor.org, fax to (404) , or US mail to 1827 Powers Ferry Road; Building 14, Suite 100; Atlanta, GA 09 Payment Policy: All payments are due by the deadline associated with the registration pricing bracket or NET 0 days, whichever comes first. Failure to pay by deadline will result in a late payment fee. Failure to pay by October 28 will result in an additional late payment fee. Please note that payment can be made with a credit card at the time of registration. Space Assignment Considerations: All booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, after providing priority to all conference sponsors. Specific booth assignments may take into account the amount of space required, exhibiting history, type of physical exhibit, and product type. Booth space is not guaranteed until written confirmation is sent by GSCA.

Circulation for the Conference Program Book is given to all attendees, with total circulation estimated at close to 850 attendees. Advertising in each book is an excellent way to drive traffic to your exhibit space and potential customers to your business. The deadline for artwork is September 20, BEACON ADVERTISING: The Beacon is GSCA s twice yearly educational magazine. Circulation for the Beacon is sent to all members of GSCA, with total circulation estimated at close to 1,100 members. The deadline for artwork for the Spring Beacon is January 17, FILE REQUIREMENTS: u PDF file preferred created with press quality Acrobat Distiller settings u Have all fonts embedded u Resolution must be at least 00 dpi for all half-tone images (1200 for bitmapped images) u All colors must be converted to grayscale u All ads must have a bleed THE FINE PRINT ON ADVERTISING: GSCA shall not refund, rebate, or credit any fees associated with Advertising or Sponsorship.

Rotating Banner Ad Banner ads rotate at the top of the APP Dashboard page, and click through to a fullscreen APP Landing Page. $150 Artwork requirements for Banner Ad: u 640 pixels x 110 pixels u Only PNG or JPG u 72 dpi or higher Multimedia Video Message Enhanced Exhibitor Listing Sponsor video is downloadable form the Exhibitor Profile Upload your company s logo to the top of the APP. Attendees see if on your mobile APP exhibitor listing and on the APP s interactive tradeshow floor plan. As an additional benefit, you can upload product literature, show brochures, press releases, and other.pdf documents to the mobile APP. Save money on printing.
