The Festival offers a wide range of sponsorship levels from Presenting Sponsor through to Community Sponsors. There are sponsorship opportunities for everyone. Carassauga Festival is an incorporated non-profit volunteer community organization that is now in its 29th consecutive year of operation. This year's event takes place May 23rd, 24th and 25th, In 2013 Carassauga hosted 28 Pavilions, representing 72 cultures, located in various cultural and recreation centres within the City of Mississauga. Pavilions included Africa, Brazil, Canada, Caribbean, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Hawaii, India, Indonesia, Italy, Iraq, Jamaica, Korea, Latin America, Lebanon, Malta, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Thailand, Turkey and Ukraine. During the Festival weekend, guests visit multiple Pavilions. Once inside a Pavilion, guests are surrounded by the sights, sounds, tastes and aroma of the country in which they are visiting. Each Pavilion depicts the culture of the country of origin and provides a line-up of entertainment offered throughout the three days. The Festival is an important annual event in Mississauga s cultural and community calendar and its popularity has steadily increased in recent years. Last year 309,223 visits were recorded at the Festival and 4,182 artists, artisans and performers provided entertainment. Carassauga is the largest multicultural Festival in Ontario and is now recognized as the second largest cultural Festival in Canada in terms of visits and ethnic diversity. Carassauga has been included in the Top 100 Festival Events of Ontario for the past six years. Ethnic marketing is increasingly becoming a major focus to businesses as the diversity in the community increases. Carassauga Festival of Cultures is all about ethnicities and presents a significant opportunity for companies to focus their marketing advertising and awareness of products and services that can be targeted to a diverse multicultural audience of Festival visitors.

During the Festival, Passport holders ride free with MiWay (Mississauga Transit) by simply presenting their Passport. Passports are sold throughout GTA retail outlets, community centres, libraries and all Pavilions, commencing in March This sponsorship category places your corporate logo prominently on the Passport, which is widely distributed in advance of the event and used by all visitors during the Festival to gain access over the three day event.
