1 STOP SUMMER HUNGER CAMPAIGN JUNE 1 JULY 31, 2016 for 300,000 children in the Food Bank s 34-county service area doesn t mean going to camp or the pool. It means they won t be at school and will lose access to the free and reduced-cost breakfast and lunch. To support these children and their families, the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina has created the Stop campaign. School s out but hunger isn t. Join presenting partners BASF and NetApp in this high-visibility media initiative to focus attention on childhood hunger and the impact on families of kids being without access to free and reduced-cost school meals during summer. The goal for the Stop campaign is to provide 3.3 million meals. Calls to Action to the Corporate Community Invest as a partner and engage employees to help kids. Join as a corporate sponsor (see levels below). Sponsor at a Platinum level to participate in a challenge match to the public. Conduct virtual food drives (online fundraising) with company employees.
