4 Benefits to Corporate Team Participation Forming a team is free! There is no entry fee for participation in the Walk. We just ask that teams commit to raising funds to help make an impact in the lives of children living in extreme poverty. Spread awareness for your brand by letting your employees and customers represent you at the Walk! added visibility at the event. Create a fun and rewarding bonding experience for your employees, both at the Walk and in Wear company t-shirts for fundraising leading up to the Walk. 5 Additional Information Deadlines: The early bird gets the worm, or in this case, the sooner you sign up, the more benefits you receive. Here are some deadlines to consider (deadlines are for payment and logo received by date): 5 months out - Sponsor deadline to be recognized in 5 social media posts (presenting option) 90 days out - Sponsor deadline to be recognized in 3 social media posts (presenting, platinum option) 30 days out - Sponsor deadline to be recognized in 1 social media post (presenting, platinum, gold option) 30 days out - Sponsor deadline to be included in pre-event participant s (presenting option) 9 days out - Sponsor deadline to be included on the participant t-shirt 7 days out - Sponsor deadline to be included on the website 7 days out - Sponsor deadline to receive on-site recognition (inclusion in opening ceremonies, banner placement at event, VIP credentials, onsite company tent) How To Sign Up: Option 1: Go online: and find your walk. Click on the Become a Corporate Sponsor Today link at the bottom of the page. On the next page, choose your sponsor level, fill out the information and pay online. Option 2: Fill out our sponsorship agreement form provided by your local Walk representative and mail it in with your check, made payable to Compassion International for the amount of your sponsorship level. Logos and Websites: After you have confirmed your sponsorship, please send an to walkcorp@compassion.com with a high-resolution version of your logo (jpg, png, eps) and the website you would like us to link to from our website. You can then go to to download the Walk With Compassion logo. Share this logo and the event website to encourage your employees and customers to join you at the event this year!
