Being the second most played game in the world right behind soccer, and yet just now gaining popularity in the United States, bocce gives sponsors and advertisers the opportunity to be the first to show their support for the sport. Palazzo di Bocce was one of the first places to truly embrace the sport in a manner that allows anyone to enjoy the sport in a casual indoor atmosphere that provides food and dining amenities on a grand scale. Palazzo di Bocce has hosted the World bocce championship which was the first time the individual mens and women championships were held at one time in a single venue. The tournament was a resounding success with 18 international countries attending. It was also the first time in many years that this international championship has been hosted in the United States opening the door for the sport in addition to fostering world class players that compete in international tournaments. Team Palazzo has placed as well as fourth place in the world bocce tournament and has won over 75% of all the United States bocce tournaments they have played in since the inception of the facility marks a vital year in the history of bocce in the United States with the first ever The One tournament. A tournament planned to be the first of it s kind to decide who will be THE ONE single best North American player. Sponsors have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor with three different advertising opportunities. Advertising statistics include up to 300 league players competing weekly and well over 100,000 visitors participating on an annual basis which is growing every year. 2 The One Letter of Introduction Palazzo di Bocce has a one of a kind event that may interest many of you socially as well as financially. Palazzo di Bocce has been the most popular place to go in Oakland County for the past ten years. Whether it be for a bocce court with appetizers, a formal dining experience or an event with co-workers; Palazzo di Bocce has been the place to relax and enjoy a safe and fun atmosphere. Let us start with the date: The first day, Saturday April 25th, is where the momentum builds as we undergo group play. Individuals will be split into groups of four with only the top two advancing to the final day. On Sunday April 26th, the remaining players will compete in a double elimination format to decide the champion and our grand prize!
