Except as otherwise specifically agreed, the publisher has the right to insert the advertising anywhere in the NCMJ at its discretion, and all advertising positioning/placement clauses or conditions (including page location, competitive separation, or placement facing editorial copy) will be treated as requests only and cannot be guaranteed. The NCMJ s inability or failure to comply with any such condition shall not relieve the agency and advertiser of the obligation to pay for the advertising. 6.
