2 Sponsorship Opportunities at the AUMA Convention Sponsorship of the AUMA Convention & AMSC Trade Show is a prime opportunity to enhance your organization s visibility and recognition within Alberta s municipal marketplace. The following pages outline the various sponsorship levels available and the benefits received. Sponsorship level Opportunities Benefits Investment Presenting level Opening Ceremonies Keynote Speaker or Trade Show Dessert Reception As a Presenting Sponsor, you will receive exclusivity in your chosen category. Your company will have a presence at one of the most well-attended features at the AUMA Convention & AMSC Trade Show, two trade show booth spaces, two convention registrations, logo recognition and more. $32,500 Supporting level Breakfast Speaker, Opening Luncheon, Mobile App Recognition, or Closing Entertainment Speaker Supporting sponsors receive recognition in one of four significant ways along with a trade show booth space, two convention registrations, logo recognition and more. $20,000 - $25,000 Contributing level Lanyards, Convention Delegate Bag, or Custom Digital Signage Contributing sponsors receive logo recognition on one of three specific items that will be seen throughout the event, along with a trade show booth space, one convention registration and more. $10,000 - $15,000 Fostering level Wifi, Charging Stations, Pre-Convention Breakfast or Pre- Convention Lunch Fostering sponsors will have their corporate identity recognized at one of four options. Your company will also receive additional benefits including placing a promotional item in delegate kits and logo recognition. $5,000 - $7,500 Sustaining level Education Sessions or Coffee Breaks Sustaining sponsors will receive corporate identity recognition at their chosen education session or coffee break. These two unique opportunities provide you with benefits that are specific to your chosen category along with the additional benefits given to our highest level of sponsorship, Presenting. Presenting Sponsor Opportunities: Investment level - $32,500 One sponsor per opportunity Opening Ceremonies Keynote Speaker Your company representative has the opportunity to address delegates and has the honour of introducing the keynote speaker on Wednesday, Sept. 26. Trade Show Dessert Reception Your company signage will be present at the trade show dessert reception on Wednesday, Sept. 26. 4 Sponsor Level: Supporting As a Supporting Sponsor, your company will receive exclusivity in one of four categories Breakfast Speaker, Mobile App Recognition, Opening Luncheon, or Closing Entertainment Speaker. These unique opportunities provide you with benefits that are specific to your chosen category along with the additional benefits given to the Supporting Level of sponsorship. Supporting Sponsor Opportunities: One sponsor per opportunity Breakfast Speaker Your company representative will have a five minute speaking opportunity during one breakfast at the convention. Investment level - $25,000 Opening Luncheon Your company signage will be present during the opening luncheon Wednesday, Sept. 26 Investment level - $20,000 Mobile App Recognition Your company s logo will be featured on our popular event app in the days leading up to and for the duration of the event. Investment level - $20,000 Closing Entertainment Speaker Your company representative will have the opportunity to introduce the closing entertainer on Friday, Sept. 28. 5 Sponsor Level: Contributing As a Contributing Sponsor, your company will receive exclusivity in one of three categories Lanyards, Convention Delegate Bag, or Custom Digital Signage. These three unique opportunities provide you with benefits that are specific to your chosen category along with the additional benefits given to the Contributing Level of sponsorship. Contributing Sponsor Opportunities: One sponsor per opportunity Lanyards Your corporate identity will appear (alongside AUMA logo) on delegate lanyards distributed at registration. Investment level - $15,000 Convention Delegate Bag Your corporate identity will be displayed on the AUMA Convention delegate bag (alongside AUMA logo, restrictions apply). Investment level - $15,000 Custom Digital Signage Your corporate identity will be displayed on digital signage used during the sessions. Investment level - $10,000 Additional benefits for Contributing Sponsors: 1-10 X10 booth space in the AMSC Trade Show 1 - Complimentary AUMA Convention registration Complimentary 1 year Affiliate Membership 2 - Promotional items included in delegate kits

6 Sponsor Level: Fostering As a Fostering Sponsor, your company will receive exclusivity in one of four categories Wi-Fi, Charging Stations, Pre-Convention Sessions Breakfast or Pre- Convention Sessions Lunch. These unique opportunities provide you with benefits that are specific to your chosen category along with the additional benefits given to the Fostering Level of sponsorship. Presenting Sponsor Opportunities: One sponsor per opportunity Wi-Fi Provide wi-fi access to event delegates. Your corporate identity will be displayed on material advertising wifi access at the event. Investment level - $7,500 Pre-Convention Sessions Breakfast Your corporate identity will be displayed during breakfast at the pre-convention sessions and includes your opportunity to introduce session speakers (~400 attendees) on Tuesday, Sept. 25. Investment level - $5,000 Charging Stations Your signage will be located at the secure charging station location. Investment level - $7,500 Pre-Convention Sessions Lunch Your corporate identity will be displayed during lunch at the pre-convention sessions and includes your opportunity to introduce session speakers (~400 attendees) on Tuesday, Sept. 25. Investment level - $5,000 Additional benefits for Fostering Sponsors: 1 - Promotional item included in delegate kits

7 Sponsor Level: Sustaining As a Sustaining Sponsor, your company will receive recognition in one of two categories Education Session or Coffee Break. These opportunities provide you with benefits that are specific to your chosen category along with all the additional benefits given to the Sustaining Level of sponsorship. There are four sponsorship opportunities for each category. Presenting Sponsor Opportunities: Investment level - $2,500 Four sponsorship opportunities per category Education Session Your company representative has the opportunity to introduce the speakers for a chosen session. Coffee Break Your corporate identity will be displayed at coffee stations during one chosen break. Additional benefits for Sustaining Sponsors: 1 - Promotional item included in delegate kits

We accept only two distinct items for delegate kits and encourage sponsors to participate by providing only sustainable items.
