1 MACNA 2014 Additional Sponsorship/Advertising Opportunities For sales information, please contact Workshop Presentation $350 The Workshops will provide a 45-minute opportunity for you to demonstrate the use of your products, new methods for utilization and analysis as well as technical seminars for attendees. If you are looking to layout the practical use, methods and deployment or wanting to offer a DIY session, this is your chance! During your workshop, you can invite attendees to your booth for more information, and/or you may choose to integrate a question/answer segment into your session. This is a great opportunity to show your product in action.

2 Colorado Convention Center Advertising Space 1. Digital Billboard 48 x th St. & California St second ad rotating every 180 seconds for 1 week - $2, available Optimize your company s visibility by taking advantage of ad space on this digital billboard located at the main entrance of the Colorado Convention Center and facing 14 th Street s heavy traffic. This billboard is visible from inside the convention center as well as the light rail train stop. All LED digital billboards are run for a minimum of 17 hours per day. All ads are a length of 10 seconds and can range from static to full motion. Ad design services can be provided from $50 - $200 for still ads to $500+ for animations.

Digital Billboard 60 x th St. & Champa St second ad rotating every 160 seconds for 1 week - $2, available Optimize your company s visibility by taking advantage of ad space on this digital billboard located directly to the right of the main entrance of the Colorado Convention Center above the light rail stop. All ads are a length of 10 seconds and can range from static to full motion. Ad design services can be provided from $50 - $200 for still ads to $500+ for animations. All LED digital billboards are run for a minimum of 17 hours per day.

Digital Billboard 16 x 9 -Speer Blvd. & Colfax Ave second ad rotating every 180 seconds for 1 week - $1, available Optimize your company s visibility by taking advantage of ad space on this digital billboard located on the Southeast corner of the Colorado Convention Center near one of Denver s busiest intersections. Provides great visibility as attendees arrive. All ads are a length of 10 seconds and can range from static to full motion. Ad design services can be provided from $50 - $200 for still ads to $500+ for animations. All LED digital billboards are run for a minimum of 17 hours per day.

Double-Sided banner, Front Window, A Lobby running along 14 th St, and Perpendicular to Hyatt Regency - $3,000-3 available What better way to grab the attention of attendees and the general public than having a giant double-sided banner featuring your company logo and MACNA 2014 draped across the glass entry of the A lobby as attendees make their way from the Hyatt Regency to the show floor?

Floor Decals on stairway leading into Pre-function Space and Main Entrance - $1,500-2 available It s not so bad to have 2,000+ attendees walk all over you if you have a floor ad that is 8 feet in diameter on a landing from a set of stairs leading into the MACNA 2014 Prefunction space where the Drawing area, Workshop area, and New Product Showcase will be located! Get great exposure beneath the feet of our attendees!

Double-sided banners lining prefunction glass rail visible from prefunction floor. 8 x 3 6 sections - $ each - 12 available The prefunction area of the Mile High Ballroom has glass fencing that separates the upper and lower portions. There are approximately 100 feet of glass advertising space primed for your latest and greatest products to be displayed to the masses!

Double-sided banners lining prefunction glass overlook, visible from prefunction floor 10 x 3 6 sections - $700 each - 3 available The three overlooks above the prefunction area of the Mile High Ballroom have glass fencing that give attendees a great spot to catch a glimpse of the entirety of the show.

Speaker Room Hallway Nook - 1 Available - $1000 The Speaker Room hallway is comprised of the 400 block of rooms, which will be used for speaker presentations, a hospitality suite and raffle drawing pick up room. With lots of foot traffic planned, you can utilize this space to set up a pop up display, booth, aquarium, etc, which will greet attendees who are traveling to and from the speaker rooms and Drawing pick up station! The vendor who purchases this space will be required to provide his or her own signage/displays which must be approved by the MACNA BOD before the show.

Main entry hallway - 3 x 6 Foam Core Stand up displays - $ available We can work with you to create a custom ad space in the main entry hallway utilizing free-standing advertising pieces to line the walkway. The sky really is the limit in this area and your beautiful advertising will be sure to attract many an eager onlooker!

13 Hyatt Regency Hotel Advertising Space 1. Main Entrance Column Wraps - $3000 each - 6 available The Hyatt Regency offers 6 available columns located on 15 th St. at the main entrance to the hotel that can be wrapped with your company s ad for maximum visibility to those attendees as they come and go at the hotel.

14 2. 14 th Street Column Wraps - $3000 each - 3 available The Hyatt Regency offers 3 available columns located on 14 th St., directly facing the Colorado Convention Center, which can be wrapped with your company s ad for maximum visibility to those attendees as they move from the hotel to Convention Center and back.

15 3. Revolving Door Wraps - $6000 each - 2 available The Hyatt Regency offers 2 available revolving doors on the California Street side of the hotel, each with four glass panels, that can be wrapped with your company s ad for maximum visibility to those attendees as they come and go at the hotel.

Window Graphics - $1200 each - 10 available The Hyatt Regency offers several large-pane windows starting at the revolving doors on California St, and wrapping around to 14 th St. facing the Colorado Convention Center. These windows are roughly 78 wide by 41 tall and can be wrapped with your company s ad for maximum visibility to those attendees as they come and go at the hotel.

17 5. Elevator Door Graphics - $1300 each - 6 available The Hyatt Regency offers 6 available elevators to display your company s logo or advertisement. An ideal spot for company branding as all guests staying at the hotel will use the elevators.

Banners hanging along Altitude patio 33 ½ T x 70 W $1200 each - 23 available Along California St. outside of the Hyatt Regency, is a lovely patio dining area for the Altitude restaurant in the hotel. The patio railing is a space where your company branding can be installed on a banner that will be visible to all attendees as they travel back and forth from the hotel to convention center.

19 7. Hotel Main Lobby Gobo Lighting - $ available The Hyatt Regency s beautiful lobby is the perfect spot to get your company s brand to the forefront of attendees minds by having your logo projected onto the floor of the lobby, or onto the space directly above the registration desk

20 For Digital Billboard graphics, ad designs need to be submitted to by August 11 th, Please utilize the following format when designing Digital Billboard Ads: Size (approx. 9 x 16 ): Build to 160 pixels high x 448 pixels wide Size (approx.14 x 48 ): Build to 256 pixels high x 880 pixels wide Resolution: 72 DPI Speed: 15 or 30 frames per second Preferred file formats:.jpg or.wmv For all other printed advertising, ad designs need to be submitted to sales@macnaconference.org by August 11 th, Please utilize the following format when designing printed ads: PDF file with a minimum resolution of 150 DPI EPS file Jpeg file All designs need to include font outlines All designs need to be sized to format with ¼ bleed for edges All designs need to be at the highest resolution possible to accommodate the size of the produced ad piece
