2 ABOUT OUTDOOR PROJECT With 400% year-over-year growth and 1.1 million unique monthly users in just 3 years, Outdoor Project is the fastest growing and most engaged community in the U.S. for outdoor recreation and adventure travel. We feature everything that has to do with 17 types of human-powered activities (e.g., camping, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc.) along with campgrounds and unique outdoor-minded lodging. Because we believe outdoor recreation is more than just standing on a summit, in addition to operating as a C-Corp, we proudly run as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We believe in nourishment, community, learning and protecting what sustains us. Our audience is young, active, social and influential. 3 OUR MISSION: BRINGING OUTDOOR COMMUNITIES TOGETHER Music. Food. Local Flavor. The great outdoors. Outdoor Project Block Party Festivals create the ultimate experience for outdoor enthusiasts to connect with one another, and for brands to establish relationships within that community. Each event incorporates music, entertainment, food and fun to celebrate the outdoors. Our highly anticipated, media-centric Block Party Festivals bring together local and national brands, retailers, organizations, nonprofits, and the community of people who love them. 4 OUR MISSION: PHILANTHROPY Outdoor Project is a mission-driven organization that cares passionately about the environment and the public s ability to enjoy the outdoors. To that end, Outdoor Project runs as both a C-corp and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We strongly believe in supporting organizations that focus on environmental stewardship, access, and education. Each Block Party Festival also serves as a fundraiser for one local nonprofit. Outdoor Project donates the proceeds from custom pint glass sales, and the brewery partner donates 10% of the day s beer sales.
