2 Earthmoving Soil Scrapper Earthmoving: Farm mechanization demands long fields for infield efficiency of water application and machines operation. Soil shifting is time-taking and expensive operation. Further, upper 4 inch (10 CM) soil is most productive. Dragging of soil during soil shifting process makes soil powdery which reduces water absorption capacity of the soil effecting plants growth. Additionally, dragging action compacts the lower soil. Soil Scrapper: Front closing soil scrapper fill the bucket with loose soil, front door of the bucket is closed hydraulically. Scrapper is lifted and it runs on wheels to the fill area, front door opens gradually and soil is pushed out in a uniform layer. Specifications: Standard machine requires 90 to 100 HP tractor to fills 71 cubic feet (2 cubic meter) of soil, close its throat and run on wheels, without dragging on land, and ejects soil uniformly at destination. Machines from 75 to 200 HP are available on order, manual, laser or GPS assisted with variations to suit soil conditions and work-output requirement. Suitability: This is a low cost but very efficient machine equally suitable for agriculture and construction industry.

3 Laser Land Leveling Fine Leveling: When major soil is shifted, laser leveler is used for fine leveling. Laser leveler should be used only where land leveling variation is not more than 2 inches (5 CM). Specifications: Standard machine is 8 feet (2.5 M) wide and requires minimum 75 HP. Bigger and smaller machines are supplied on order.

4 Front End Loader Front end loader mounts on the front of a tractor. It is used to load soil, farm yard manure, farm produce, animal feed etc., on a trailer. Efficient machine for loading. Specifications: Standard machines has bucket capacity of 1 cubic meter and weight lifting of up to 0.75 tone. Different sizes and bucket designs are available to meet every need.

5 Raised bed Maker Water inundation is very harmful to the plants, soil biota, soil texture and nutrients. In the flat irrigated lands it is strongly recommended that permanent raised bed should be made for the crop growing and furrows are kept for as irrigation channels. For this purpose, a raised bed maker is offered: Specifications: Depending upon tractor HP, required output and field size 1 to 4 beds machines are available. Further size of the bed is also variable, depending upon crop, water saturation capacity and wheel base of the tractor. Options: Several attachments can be mounted on the bed maker such as: Fertilizer applicator Compost applicator Various applicators for the powder, granular or liquid farm chemicals Machines are made on order, strictly meeting crop production program.

6 Water Wheel Transplanter Transplanting is a labour intensive application and is difficult to apply on large acreage. Seedlings are raised in a nursery area for open field transplanting. Placement of seedlings in a dry soil at an accurate distance while instantly watering plants to minimize trauma is essential. Our Water Wheel Transplanter is designed achieve these objectives. All kind of crops with variable row to row and plant to plant at an accurate distance can be maintained. This machine is custom build on order. Options: Number of beds, row-to-row and plant to plant spacing. Water Bowser It is a necessary supporting machine for the Water Wheel Transplanter. It feeds water and plant nursery to the Transplanter operating in the field for uninterrupted operation. Options: Wheel base, water and nursery trays feeding capacity, water pump and hoses.

11 Raised Bed Potato Planter It is a break through in crop production technology. Under this crop production process, we increase 33% plants in the same space as compared to the traditional furrow planting, while saving water and other inputs. 12 Precision Weeder Aerator This is state of an art machine which can operate between plant rows planted on raised beds as close as 8 inches (20 CM), with complete accuracy and without damaging the plants. Machine can cater plants planted between 8 to 96 inches (20 to 244 CM) row spacing. Options: Machines covering one to three beds are made available, for most type of crops.

13 Chisel Plow/Plough with Clod Breaker We have full range of tine type plows/ ploughs suitable for 50 to 120 HP tractors to break hardpan at variable depths and soil pulverization. Options: Clod breakers in various designs, tine shapes and mouse attachments to make underground drainage system, this is a very useful attachment where soil washing is required to decrease salinity and or alkalinity.

14 Spry Machines Spraying farm chemicals is a delicate operation. There are three major groups of farm chemicals (Pesticides, Fungicides & Weedicides in soluble and emulsion) i.e. Systemic, Contact and Broad Spectrum. In an acre of crop there are 3,000 to 100,000 plants with millions of leafs & enormous surface area; different plant heights, plant structure and canopy. It is required that equal layer of coat is applied on the total surface area. There are many variables, hard to reach places, ambient temperature, humidity in the air and wind velocity causing drift. Management of droplet size, its uniformity, drift control, evaporation are some of the highly technical challenges. We offer machines to handle most challenges. Options: Boom size in width, type of nozzles, tank capacity, mounted or trailed, tank agitators, pump type and filtration. These are made to order machines. Other options are for greenhouse/tunnels, open field and orchids applications.

15 Sugarcane Reaper Sugarcane is a difficult crop to harvest. Self-propelled harvesters are very expensive and are meant for large plantations. For smaller farmers a low cost machine was felt essential. FarmAll developed this machine for the 1 st time in the world. It cuts cane at the ground level and lay it in a swath. It can either be lifted with a frontend loader to load on a trailer and or stripped, bundled and loaded manually. In each country line to line distance of plant rows is different, it could be anywhere from 20 to 60 inches (50 to 152 CM). Reaper can reap one or two rows at a time, depending upon number of rows between 60 inch (152 CM) operating width. Options: Mechanical and hydrostatic versions.

16 Corn Picker Normally corn is harvested with a self-propelled combine harvester equipped with maize header. Harvester pick cobs when dried and shell corn from cob, clean grain and fill it in the inbuilt storage tank, from where it is moved on to a trailer with an auger. Harvester are very expensive and meant for large scale commercial operation. Secondly, harvesters can not pick green corn for the table market. Corn Picker, can pick corn dried or in green form and fill it in the bucket mounted behind the tractor. This machine can pick cobs from three rows planted between 26 to 32 inch (66 to 82 CM) row spacing, simultaneously.

17 Disc Plow / Plough Plow Ploughs are meant to pulverize the soil. Soil Science established that plowing is very harmful for soil as well as life in the soil. Therefore, present time farming practices are focused on low-till and even No-Till crop production processes. However, these are still in use by majority of farmers, especially in underdeveloped countries. We make range of plows from 2 to 8 disc for 35 to 120 HP tractors. Options: Fixed and Reversible.

18 Disc Harrows Pulverizing is very harmful for soil as well as life in the soil. Therefore, present time farming practices are focused on low-till and even No-Till crop production processes. However, these are still in use by majority of farmers, especially in underdeveloped countries. We make range of harrows from 12 to 36 disc for 50 to 120 HP tractors. Options: Tandem, Offset, Mounted and Trailed.

19 Rotavator Raised Bed Renovator This machine is commonly used for mulching crop residues and making seedbeds for planting next crop. We make all types and sizes, suitable from 35 to 120 HP tractors. Raised Bed Renovator: This is our specialized machine for single pass lowtill crop production process. We make in one and three bed raised-bed renovators.

20 Trailers Trailers are used to transport inputs to the field and produce from field to farmyard or markets. We make trailers in all sizes, shapes and features. Options: Dimensions, Breaking System, Axle Load, Rim size; back, side or raise and side tilt custom build are available.
