79 IMPLEMENT SERVICE STATION GUIDELINES Farmer Groups / Individuals / Women self help groups who own tractors can form a group. Proposed to set up implement service stations one per village to serve the local villagers. Each village shall be given an allocation of Rs. 1 Lakh as subsidy component. Tractor Drawn implements on hiring / hiring rate should be fixed in the grama panchayat by the villagers. Grama Sabha resolution along with application to be given to MAO. MAO shall recommend to ADA. ADA shall accord sanction proceedings.
