5 Project Proposals Very participative process. Already received 60 proposals. 49 national projects from Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Mauritania, Algeria, Portugal, France, Malta, Italy and Spain. 11 regional projects from: EU-COM, IME+IOW, GWOPA, UNECE, IME, GWP+OECD, MENBO about: Governance improvement Experience exchange Capacity building Implementing cost-recovery Climate change Wetlands

6 The projects have been classified in 14 actions according to their characteristics, and these actions are divided in two main groups: service and infrastructures Service group: Action 1.
