3 Young plnt production Young plnt production is one of the most vitl prts of solid hydroponic system. 4 Production Phse When the grow cups with young plnts hve been trnsplnted in the flots utomticlly, the flots will be plced in the bsin by n utomtic crne. The design of the tll flots mkes for system tht needs little hndling, with s little movements s necessry. The cups re being plced in stggered pttern, which results in 10% higher occuption per flot. The flot is being designed in plstic, which mkes it esy for clening. This white plstic reflects well, which genertes higher light cpcity for the plnt. The flots will flot on the wter, which mkes it very esy to trnsport them with miniml effort. Every time product is hrvested, new product will be plced in the ponds. The ponds re continuously covered with flots, 2 which protects the pond from the development of lge. Hrvest When the product is redy to be hrvested, it will be utomticlly trnsported to the centrl pcking line in the hrvest re. The product cn be pcked with the grow cup ttched for better shelf life.
