3 Apprach The Beef Slutinz team wrk with the client t develp, design and implement a cmmercial mdel suitable fr the stakehlders, cmbining perate services cntracts t achieve the business case with technlgy acquisitins. A ttal apprach t implementatin including prject management tls develped thrugh previus glbal installatins and scientific based prven peratinal methdlgies, adapted t lcal cnditins. A perfrmance bnus share f prductin beynd the baseline business case, ensures bth parties wrk tgether t strive fr ptimum results. Identifying apprpriate gegraphic lcatins can be undertaken fr the client. Clse cllabratin is maintained with State entities t ensure that the scial utcmes frm investments f this magnitude are apprpriate. The prcess is fr a Current State analysis t view the key assets, systems and prducts f the prpsed farming investment. Fllwing the initial visit a tp level preliminary design / framewrk will be develped and dcumented by the team based in New Zealand in cnjunctin with the clients team using remte cnsultatin. The preliminary design / framewrk intended t be the Future State will then be scialised with the client and adjusted as necessary. The prcess f Due Diligence includes a team frm the client travelling t New Zealand t view the partner cmpanies and systems, validating the cmpetency, capability and capacity f the cnsrtia. They will als present their feedback n the preliminary design / framewrk Future State, allwing dialgue and mdificatin f the design. The phase f Design and Mbilisatin is develped after the Future State is apprved in principle by the Client. Key resurces frm the Future State and Due Diligence phase will als need t be cnsistent int the fllwing Design phase. The target is fr a cmprehensive design and plan t prduce beef t meet prjected demand t be in place within 6 mnths.

4 Timing Current State shuld be cmpleted within 6 weeks f signing f the Heads f Agreement. Future State will be develped ver the fllwing 4 weeks. Due Diligence will be cmpleted within 4 weeks, fllwing n frm the Future State. Design and Mbilisatin will be cmpleted within 4 mnths f agreement f the Future State mdel.
