5 Learning objectives verify the traceability of eggs and the compliance with Commission Regulation 589/2008 laying down detailed rules for the marketing standards of eggs; set up and monitor a data collection system for broiler at slaughterhouses; inspect welfare of poultry in farms, according to biosecurity rules.
