4 What is Serenade OPTI? Bacillus subtilis (strain QST 713) provides over 30 different lipopeptides that work synergistically against pathogens and provide superior antimicrobial activity Within the 30 are 3 distinct groups of lipopeptides Stop harmful spores from germinating Disrupt the germ tubes and mycelial growth Inhibit attachment of the plant pathogen to the leaf by producing a zone of inhibition which restricts the growth of the disease
