2 One large, joint fair Agromek is one large, joint fair that has it all. From the largest machines and agricultural machinery to everything, you need within livestock equipment. Plus counselling and services. The fair will take place from 25 November to 28 November in MCH Exhibition Centre Herning, Denmark. In 2012, Agromek had more than 45,000 visitors of which nearly 6,000 were international guests. In the 13 halls, you will find more than 500 exhibitors, who are all looking forward to meet you. 3 More than 250 product news Agromek focuses attention on the exhibitors new products. Therefore, Agromek is the place to be, if you wish to stay updated on new products, which for instance can ease your everyday work. Agromek is known for this unique and comprehensive product news concept, to which all exhibitors can freely register their products for rating. Based on a specialist rating, all approved products will be rated with stars depending on whether they are new to the company, or they are completely new products, that have never been seen before. Products rated with three stars will also be marked in correlation with whether they are new in Denmark or in Europe. 4 International seminars Agricultural engineering For the first time, Agromek will co-host an international seminar on agricultural engineering. Both seminars will be held on Monday 24 November the day before Agromek opens. The seminar is arranged in collaboration with NJF - a network of scientists working within arable farming in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The aim of the seminar is to create dialogue between the manufacturers, who exhibit at Agromek, and scientists, in order to bring them closer together for the benefit of future farming. Danish pig farming Agromek will also host an international pig seminar for everyone with an interest in pig breeding. In collaboration with the Danish Pig Research Center, Agromek invites to a seminar, on which attendees will get an introduction to the Danish way of breeding pigs. 5 Cattle exhibition Viking Genetics will arrange a cattle exhibition in Hall Q. Here, you can see Denmark s prime dairy cows and beef cattle. You can also meet representatives from the different Danish breeding associations and learn more about breeding within cattle farming. At the exhibition, the animals will also be judged, and there will be several competitions within and among the breeds. Moreover, you can experience a lively auction of young breeding animals, which will be sold to the highest bidder. See the entire program at agromek.com 5

6 Test drive If you dream of test driving a new tractor, construction, road or park machines, a visit to Agromek is your chance to make this dream come through.
