HERBICIDES SOYBEAN HERBICIDE AIM EC HERBICIDE CORN HERBICIDE ANTHEM FLEX HERBICIDE Apply Authority brand herbicides as fall application or a spring application as an early pre, pre-burndown or PPI followed by Anthem MAXX herbicide or any recommended early post-emergent product. Receive assurance payment if the treatment does not maintain commercially acceptable 90% control of labeled weeds versus an untreated check. Receive an assurance payment toward a respray purchase if you do not receive 90% control of labeled weeds versus an untreated check. Receive an assurance payment if corn herbicides recommendation does not maintain commercially acceptable weed control. Receive the cost of a respray application if Anthem Flex herbicide pre-emergence fails to control Italian ryegrass in wheat. IN-FURROW IN-FURROW BRANDS REPLANT CORN PLANT STAND Reimbursement of 50 percent of the cost of an additional treatment with in-furrow brands should the grower choose to replant due to weather-related conditions. Return on difference based on a plant stand count between the treated and untreated acres up to the product cost or retreat where applicable. PLANT HEALTH PREEMPTOR SC FUNGICIDE / HERO INSECTICIDE SOYBEAN YIELD HERO INSECTICIDE SOYBEAN PREEMPTOR SC FUNGICIDE PERFORMANCE TOPGUARD EQ FUNGICIDE / HERO INSECTICIDE SOYBEAN YIELD Receive an assurance payment if Preemptor SC fungicide + Hero Insecticide application does not result in at least three bushel/a increase. Receive an assurance payment or the cost of the respray product if a second treatment is necessary. Material s cost up to original purchase price of Preemptor SC fungicide to be used toward the cost of retreatment. Receive an assurance payment if Topguard EQ fungicide + Hero Insecticide application does not result in at least three bushel/a increase.
