Key jobs included well and irrigation management, large machinery operation, welding and fabrication, vehicle and large machinery operation and maintenance, and drought damage control. Full time employment was offered following summer completion and was refused. USDA Grading and Certification Branch May 2010 August 2010 Training was provided in meat grading and certification of beef carcasses. Locations included Plainview, TX where operation of the camera grading system was in place. Several weeks were spent learning the operation of the USDA branch at headquarters in Denver, while I also spent time in Cactus, TX grading beef carcasses without the help of a camera system. Full time employment was offered following summer completion and was refused. PUBLICATIONS Currently submitting: Koch, B. M., E. Pavan, J. G. Andrae, and S. K. Duckett.
