RAISE YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF WHAT AN ACRE CAN DO. Corn and Soybean Solutions Guide

Corn Donald Tragger Grand Ridge, Illinois About four years ago, we started spraying Headline on all of our acres. We did some yield checks and found on average, the corn was 12 to 15 bushels better when sprayed with Headline. It s not only the yield advantage, but the standability. We ve always had a lot of trouble with standability, and now we have no issue at all. The corn stands wonderful.

Corn is the leader in disease control and Plant Health. Don t trust your crop to just any fungicide. Headline fungicide provides outstanding disease control and Plant Health benefits, resulting in higher yield potential, stronger stalks and greater ROI. Untreated <25% Lodged Headline-Treated <1% Lodged Healthy stalks at harvest result in less lodged corn for a faster, more efficient harvest.

Are early-season weeds stealing your yield? Corn or provide early-season weed control. or keeps your fields clean through harvest. Outlook, Guardsman Max or G-Max Lite herbicides will protect your investment with reliable season-long control, application flexibility and performance you can count on. Prowl H 2 O herbicide can be tank-mixed with other registered herbicides when late-emerging weeds are a problem. Prowl H 2 O provides excellent control of lateemerging grasses and broadleaves in your corn including tough grasses like sandbur and crabgrass and broadleaves such as waterhemp and lambsquarters.

Are troublesome broadleaf weeds affecting your yield? Corn is your preferred glyphosate tank-mix partner. Status herbicide provides broad-spectrum control, excellent crop safety and flexibility to farm your way. Apply Status with confidence and give yourself peace of mind for a clean field at harvest University Trial Weed Control Yield Comparison 135 Yield (bu/a) Outlook fb Status + Roundup +8.4 bu/a Outlook fb Status Roundup + Status Roundup Glyphosate Only (7 DAT) Status + Glyphosate (7 DAT) Tom Bryan Redwing, Minnesota On the second pass, we spray Roundup with Status to take care of the broadleaf, ragweed pressure, and we ve had really good luck with that and never had to spray again. Very happy with that.

Are hungry pests cutting into your profits? Corn takes control with just one application. gives you no-hassle yield protection. Yield (bu/a) University of Nebraska Study Wireworm and Corn Rootworm Trials 200 Regent +18 bu/a 182 Untreated Ken Bourquin Rochester, Minnesota We ve used Regent on corn and Respect on beans for aphids. We ve received lots of support from the rep, and the products have worked well. The product worked, and the man behind the product worked. Regent insecticide is the only soil insecticide that controls corn rootworm and critical secondary pests with just one in-plant application. It s liquid fertilizercompatible and can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in refuge situations. Respect insecticide is the post-plant insecticide that controls lateseason pests that rob top-end yield potential. Easy mixing and a broad label make it the convenient choice to protect your yield.

Is your yield potential being reduced by disease and stress? Soy leads in soybean disease control and Plant Health. Headline fungicide provides outstanding disease control, resulting in healthier leaves that can produce more energy for grain fill, as well as cleaner pods and higher-quality seeds at harvest. Headline-treated soybeans are also more tolerant to stress brought on by factors such as cold and drought. So you get higher yields and increased ROI. Untreated 68.5 bu/a Headline-Treated 79 bu/a Pat Mahar Cavalier, North Dakota I ve been a firm believer in Headline because of the Plant Health it has provided. Plant Health turns into more economic benefits for the producer. The healthier you keep your plant, the more return there is. I believe in it. I totally believe in the product.

Post-emergence applications of Extreme can ONLY be applied to Roundup Ready soybeans. Extreme-Treated Untreated Tim King Lawrenceburg, Tennessee We got into the Roundup Ready beans, and Extreme came along, and it s been one of our favored products to use on soybeans now. Prowl H 2 0 herbicide provides excellent control of grasses and small-seeded broadleaves such as waterhemp and lambsquarters. Its unique formulation maximizes its availability under a wide range of environmental conditions and tillage systems to get your crop off to a clean start. Extreme herbicide offers application flexibility. It can be applied from preplant to postemergence for burndown and residual control of tough broadleaves and grasses. Prowl H 2 0 and Extreme residual benefits include: Fewer applications of glyphosate in-crop saving you time, fuel and chemical costs during a busy season Peace of mind knowing your crop is off to a clean start
