2 INNOVATE THE WAY WE GROW MG6- SYSTEM A GROWER SYSTEM The MG6-Microgreens System is an affordable system, ideal for hobby & home growers of microgreens and is scalable to commercial scale of growing. The system being x 1.9 meters with a unique aluminuim frame table. The system comes complete in kit form, once set up ready to start growing. Components supplied include: Open microgreens profiles Water nutrient tank, pump and air pump Commercial aluminium frame table Water nutrient feed and return manifolds Feed and return piping and fittings OPTIONAL ITEMS Fiber Microgreen Paper,Grower medium, Mineral Nutrients (Hygroponic and Solu-cal) TDS / E.C. and ph meter Yield and production depend on the skill of the grower with harvesting every 5-12 days depending on the type of microgreen seeds used. SEED TO HARVEST IN 5 12 DAYS The technique used to achieve the highest yield on a horizontal layout system is the key to success and offer a number of benefits over vertical systems having a similar or better yield. 3 MG6- SYSTEM ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS START GROWING TODAY The M6 System is designed to have a high side (water nutrient feed) color coded green placed in the center berth of a commercial green house having easiest access. The low side (water nutrient return) color code yellow aligned along the wall of the greenhouse far side. Once the frame table has been assembled the Hygro profiles may be placed on the table, note the high side (water feed side) of the Hygro profile will have a small 7mm hole to accommodate the micro feed tube from the feeder manifold. On your MG- 6 system you will have 6 open microgreen profiles each placed as indicated below. The microfeed tube has blue taps to adjust the flow of water into the open microgreen profiles. Make sure your NFT microjet drip irrigation slowly trickle continuously 24 hours a day to keep your fiber paper moist. Propagate with Fiber Paper Place one sheet of microgreen fiber paper in each open microgreen profile. Switch on the water so that your fiber paper is soaked. ( it is a soft trickle not a gush, use blue taps adjust the trickle) Scatter your seeds densely onto the fiber paper. Note your microjet tubes should continuously slowly dripfeed the Nutrient Water to your seeds. (blue taps adjust the trickle) Cover your seeds so that they are in darkness for 1 2 days until you see they have germinated (cardboard works very well) ph 6.5 is ideal for Microgreens.
