Payment terms with 60% against material supply, 30% after commissioning & 10% against performance bank guarantee for one year will only be accepted. 3 Technical Specifications for HDPE pipe laying: Scope of Work: Scope of work covers supply of HDPE pipes & fittings, unloading at site, excavation, laying, testing and commissioning of HDPE pipes of various sizes at Effluent Treatment Plant of Mother Dairy, Gandhinagar. All arrangements for lifting tools & tackles for unloading and installation shall be in the scope of supplier. Technical Specifications: Broad technical specifications of work are as under: All HDPE pipes should be as per pressure rating mentioned at Annexure I. Pipes and accessories should be Dutron or equivalent make only. Make of the pipe must be approved by GWSSB, AMC or similar government agency. Party must submit the work completion certificate of HDPE line paying work with electro fusion welding. All supporting documents for approval of pipe makes in government agency should be enclosed along with the offer. All the pipes and accessories should be suitable to Electro fusion jointing. All joints should be made by electro fusion welding. All tail piece flanges should be compatible with fixing of MS or SS E table flanges at extreme ends. Installation of pipe would require excavation, breaking of PCC, breaking of RCC, trench less digging (in case of road crossing), laying of pipes and re-finishing the surface. All underground pipes should be laid at a minimum depth of 2 feet below ground level. A key plan showing route of pipes between various equipments is enclosed at Annexure II. Size of pipe and approximate lengths are specified at Annexure II. Bidder should quote the unit rates for supply and installation of pipes and accessories. Final payment shall be made based on joint measurement sheets. Rates should include cost of nuts, bolts, gaskets and other such miscellaneous items, including fabrication of supports at few overground lines. All underground pipes shall be hydro tested at the pressure rating of pipes before refilling.

4 All material shall be guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning. Time Frame: Successful bidder shall visit the site within a week of receipt of PO and finalize the route lengths as well as requirement of accessories. Material shall be supplied within 2 weeks and the entire work shall be completed within maximum time frame of 6 weeks.
