7 Overall thrust in UT for in rural - Poverty poverty eradication though reduction livelihood support with formation of Self Help Groups with high priority on Mission Antodaya clusters and SAGY GP. - The state has proposed to form 180 SHGs in FY Placement linked Skill training for the rural youth is underway with help of PMKV -Y. Pucca houses for all SECC eligible families under PMAY (G) by The State has proposed construction of 342 rural Houses in FY The Union Territory has been declared ODF in October 2017 and now is working on ODF+ (Solid and liquid waste management) across the UT. Effective implementation of social assistance/protection schemes (NSAP) including Old age Pension, widow pension and disabled pension for at least 4719 beneficiaries will be covered in
