14 Advisory for the farmers Crop Phenophase Advisory (Based on weather forecast) Urd/Moong Sowing Land preparation is advised for sowing of moong/urd. Application of - 2 Ton FYM, 2 kg Nitrogen, 4 kg Phosphorus, 2kg Potash and 2 kg sulphur/hact at the time of ploughing. Spring maize Sowing Land preparation is advised for sowing of kharif maize. Application of -2 Ton FYM, / hact at the time of ploughing. Suwan, Deevki, Ganga-, Shaktiman- and Shaktiman-2 varieties are recommended. Bhindi (Okra) Sowing Parvani kranti, Arka abhay, Arka anamika, Barsha Uphar, KS, Okra 4, Punjab 7, Pant Bhindi are recommended varieties for sowing. Sowing at 45x3 cm is advised. Apply 2 quintal compost, 6 kg Nitrogen, 6 kg phosphorus and 6 kg potassium per hectare. Optimum moisture should be maintain at the time of seed sowing.
