5 CNA in Brazil institutional overview The Brazilian Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock CNA was founded in CNA has consolidated its position as the main forum for debate and decision making for Brazilian agribusiness.
6 The CNA system at a glance 1,949 RURAL UNIONS MORE THAN 1.7 MILLION FARMERS The CNA system is comprised of twenty seven statelevel agriculture and livestock federations and nearly two thousand rural unions, through which direct support measures are provided for farmers at the local level.
