Borris Förster Founding FOODnext, Mentor for the BayWa/RWA Accelerator and Advisor in Ag- and FoodTech Mobile: foerster.borris@gmail.com Bio: Borris is an active entrepreneur, advisor and innovator with a focus on AgTech, FoodTech and retail. He currently helps corporates and start-ups to rethink existing and think up new business models and products from the customer perspective. Over the past years he s been particularly interested in data approaches and analytics in agriculture and retail. He is a Lead Mentor for the BayWa/RWA Agro Innovation Lab, co-initiator of the Munich AgTechFoodTech Meetup and has been an expert speaker and moderator at various tech and innovation events like TEDx, AgTechFoodTech Summit, International Green Week and Retail Innovation Days. Fabio Ziemßen Founding FOODnext, Chief Editor E-Food Blog and Head of FoodTech and Food Metro AG Mobile: fabio.ziemssen@metro.de Bio: Fabio is the Head of Food Innovation and FoodTech at METRO Group and is responsible for concepts in the digital environment of food and food innovation. Through his position in the food vertical Fabio has a keen interest in AgTech applications that will directly impact his industry. As a blogger and Chief Editor of the e-food Blog, he organises meetings and think tanks throughout Germany for the food startup scene (German Food Startup Meetups, Next Generation Food Think Tank). He also developed the local startup scene in Düsseldorf as a board member of the StartupDorf e.v. initiative.
