2 Background The new programme of work of the Committee for Agriculture for was discussed and agreed by the Committee for Agriculture in May It continues to reflect orientations given by Ministers of agriculture on February 2010 Final decision, including on funding, by the Council later in the year

3 Three themes in OECD work I. Food and Agriculture Policy II. Agro-Food, Trade and Development III. Agriculture and Fisheries Sustainability

4 Monitoring and Evaluation - I.1 1. Annual monitoring and evaluation of agricultural policy developments. Two annual reports: OECD countries and emerging economies in 2013 OECD countries in PSE improvements: On-going improvements in communication tools 3. PEM application and development. New software; Plan to add more countries; Introducing a heterogeneity of farms

Network for Farm Level Analysis Cross-country comparison of farm-level performance, productivity and sustainability Link with innovation project, Green Growth, agri-environmental policy analysis.
