Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar, Hon ble MLA to move the following cut 1 I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No. 12 in order to discuss details of the appointments made in Agriculture Department in 4 th Class or any other Category, Seasonal Labours,, Daily wagers and Workers on Contractual Basis since last three years. II. Mr. Mubarak Gul, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs 100/- in Demand No. 12; in order to discuss the steps envisaged for increase of Agricultural Production, Prevention of use of agricultural land for Non-Agricultural Purposes with the incentives to farmers for promotion of this Sector. 2. I move a cut of Rs 100/- in Demand No. 12; in order to discuss the district-wise activities of soil conservation wing of the Agriculture department including watersheds taken up for development with particular reference to Kashmir Province during the last three years indicating the details of works taken up for execution, the funds sanctioned for each work, the names of villages covered, actual expenditure incurred and the progress achieved on ground 3. I move a cut of Rs 100/- in Demand No. 12; in order to discuss the status of the Sericulture Industry in the State. III. Mr. M.Y. Tarigami, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:12 in order to discuss the need for procurement of agriculture produce paddy, maize and wheat as also

2 2 introduction of market intervention scheme to ensure remunerative prices to the farmers and other innovative measures to boost rural economy. 2. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:12 in order to discuss the feasibility of allocating adequate funds for boosting the production of vegetables; mushroom cultivation and apiculture to involve the rural unemployed youth in the field to earn fruitful livelihood. 3. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:12 in order to discuss the particulars of casual labourers with biometric registration through NIC, submitted by the Chief Agriculture Officer, Kulgam to the finance department for regularization. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100/- in demand No.12 in order to discuss the urgency for enhancing substantially the allocations for research purposes for two premier agriculture universities; SKUAST-K and SKUAST-J, allowing to transfer technology from universities to agriculture to boost the rural economy in the state. 5. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:12 in order to discuss the need for enhancing the special allocation of meager amount of Rs.5.00 crore, as mentioned in budget speech, to revive the pristine glory of saffron cultivation and enable it to compete the global competition. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No.12 in order to discuss the steps taken by the Department for promoting the agriculture sector in the State. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No.12 in order to discuss the details of agriculture produce in different sectors in the State since last three years 3. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No.12 in order to discuss the Tehsil Wise KCCs issued in the State with Special reference to Khan Sahib Constituency. VI. Mr. Usman Abdul Majid, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No.12 in order to discuss the beneficiaries under various programmes in Agriculture Department in Bandipora Constituency for the last three years. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No.12 in order to discuss the desirability for inclusion/taking up new areas in Command area in Bandipora Constituency. 3. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No.12 in order to discuss the desirability for opening of new Agriculture Sub-Stores and Seed Centres in Bandipora Constituency. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in Demand No.12 in order to discuss the activities taken up by the Krishi Vigyan Kendra in Bandipora Constituency for the last three years also with full particulars of the staff at KVK Bandipora along with tenure period thereof.

I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No. 12, in order to discuss the process of the preparation of DPRS under PMKSY with names of Schemes in Inderwal Constituency and present status thereof. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the details of Rajmash villages sanctioned in District Kishtwar name of villages. 5. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the details of the incentives and sheds to coceon producers of Doda and Kishtwar Districts. VIII. Mr. Nawang Rigzin Jora, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut measures being taken by Agriculture Department for import substitution of food grains in the State especially in district Leh. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the measures having been initiated to go in for cash crop to improve the economic lot of the farmers. contribution of agriculture and allied sector to SGDP steadily been declining along with the steps being taken to arrest this decline. IX. Mr. Vikar Rasool Wani, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut details of Centre/State sponsored schemes in place and the Panchayat/block wise list of beneficiaries under these schemes in Ramban District. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the steps taken to boost apicultures sector in Ramban District and status of the project of apiculture sector. constituency wise details of available accommodation laying with the Department and steps taken to vacate the encroached/occupied Government accommodation by Public/private persons. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the details of Agriculture/sericulture awareness programme conducted in Ramban/Banihal. 5. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the details of initiatives being taken to promote local Agriculture Production along with the list of farmers send on tour from last three years in Ramban District.

Mr. Javed Ahmed Rana, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut desirability to implement the plan/execution the works under PMKSY by Agriculture Department in District Poonch. of works approved/included under CSS PMKSY in District Poonch as whole and Particularly in Mendar, Mankote and Balakote Tehsil. schemes approved under CSS/State Sector District Plan in District Poonch with the Block wise details thereof. Abdul Rashid, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut particulars of employees working as Daily wagers, Consolidated, Contractual in Agriculture, Sericulture, Department as on date in Kupwara District. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the particulars/details of facilities given to farmers by Agriculture/Sericulture Department during last two years in District Kupwara. details of scheme for farmers in Agriculture and Sericulture Department in J&K. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the reasons for lifting some facilities from Agriculture Collage Wadoora. 5. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the eviction of parliamentary forces from Agriculture Collage Wadoora. XIII. Mr. Altaf Ahmad Wani, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut functioning of Agriculture Department. of Centrally Sponsored Schemes being implemented in Pahalgam Constituency. desirability for identification of land at Aishmuqam for construction of

I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the functioning/working of Sericulture including Apiculture in Pahalgam Constituency. 5. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the details of activities/schemes of Sericulture/Appiculture and the steps taken by the department for their publicity and awareness. XIV. Mr. Mohammad Amin Bhat, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut desirability to introduce or declare many of the places of Devsar Constituency as zones of Mushkbudji (a special Varity of rice) on the analogy of Tangpawa village of Kokernag Anantnag. of Agriculturalists not getting support from the said department on time by way of ensuring the availability of fertilizers and seeds etc. desirability for setting up of soil testing lab or institute in Devsar Constituency in order to classify lands for different agriculture purposes and improved production. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the desirability for establishment of silk developing Units in the Industrial Estates of Vessu, being a leading area in the required raw material. XV. Mr. Abdul Majid Larmi, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut setting up of Agriculture Sub-Division at Larm Bazar Wanpoh centrally located place. of beneficiaries having been provided KCC loans in Homshalibugh Constituency indicating the total beneficiaries benefited by Government Schemes of 50% waive off on KCC loan. details of area presently covered/taken up under command Area Development in Homshalibugh Constituency and details of the left out areas. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the desirability for opening of new seed sale centers in Homshalibugh Constituency and timely distribution of seed and fertilizers among the farmers together with the reasons for variation of rates from open market and Agriculture Department. 5. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the overall functioning of Agriculture Sector and steps taken to curb the losses caused during the floods of XVI. Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar, Hon ble MLA to move the following Cut desirability for establishment of SDO office at Lar Tehsil Headquarter and development of irrigation channels, land escape, bunds protection bunds to Agriculture land specially Kandi/hilly belts of Ganderbal.

Mr.Pawan Kumar Gupta, Hon ble MLA to move the following Gut 1 I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss funds allotted to each District under RKVY during the year , and with special reference to Udhampur Constituency. 2 I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the status of establishment of Krishi Vigyan Kendera in Udhampur constituency. 3 I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the Sericulture activities including establishment of Silk Park in Udhampur Constituency announced by the Hon ble Agriculture Minister while inaugurating Cocoon Marketing Shed at Udhampur besides launching of welfare schemes in Udhampur Constituency viz Crop Insurance, Insurance of Crop growers, incentive on production basis, providing of Solar Heaters and lamps to cocoon growers and revival of Catalytic Development Programme which provides incentives like Rearing House, Rearing Kit, supply of disinfectants, Health Insurance Scheme etc.. 4 I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the desirability of establishment of Food Processing and Honey Processing Unit in Udhampur constituency. 5 I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the desirability of completion of incomplete Pasteurized Compost-cum- Spawn Unit of Mushroom Development Project at Udhampur. XVIII. Mr.Asgar Ali Karbalia, Hon ble MLA to move the following Gut 1. I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the proposal to save the barley a unique crop by way of setting up of Mission on the pattern of saffron Mission along with its expected date. 2. I move a cut of rupees 100 in demand No.12, in order to discuss the details of the command area Development Project sanctioned, for Kargil financial and physical position thereof alongwith the expected date for clearing the liability if any in this regard. details for working of SKUAST Kashmir with special reference to district Kargil and Kuk Kargil their staff position and physical and Financial status of last three years of various schemes implemented by SKUAST and KVK Kargil.
