This experiment ws done t the siene nd tehnology grden in Anhui Siene nd Tehnology University nd designed y two-ftor split lok design. The min plot ws row-sping llotion nd doule plnts hole. The four seeding styles were equl row sping (A 1 60 m), equl row sping nd doule plnts hole (A 2 60 m), wide nd nrrow row sping (A 3 70 m+50 m), wide nd nrrow row sping (A 4 90 m+30 m), respetively. The vie plot ws se fertilizer type nd used Stnley ompound fertilizer ( NPK=18:18:180) nd Difuyun speil ompound fertilizer ( NPK=26:12:10) for orn. The experiment hs eight tretment groups nd four repetitions for eh group. The seeding density is os hm -1, the width of eh plot is 3 m, nd the length is 6.67 m. The underground fertiliztion mount is 750kg hm -1. The tivity of lef nitrte redutse hd ll rehed mximum t pustultion period in Longping 206. During the whole growth period, the tivity of lef nitrte redutse hd ll rehed mximum in the tretment of A 3 nd rehed minimum in the tretment of A 2. Of our ountry orn were widely distriuted, Ntionl more thn 20 provines, muniiplities nd utonomous regions hve grown, the min produing res is northest Chin, North Chin nd Hung Hui Hi orn, the min produing res nd the northwest prt of the re. Experts predit tht Chin's totl orn prodution in the future for long period of time will remin reltively stle. In this study, the prodution of lrge re promotion of Hyrid Mize Longping 206 for mterils testing, for the vrieties with high density tolerne, resistne to high ft, estlish 4 kinds of different ultivtion modes, two kinds of different ompound fertilizer pplition to study Longping 206 lef nd stem physiologil hrteristis, to provide theoretil nd tehnil sis for further improving the yield of mize. MATERIALS AND METHODS Experimentl Design The experiment ws rried out on '(N ' E) in Anhui Siene nd Tehnology University in Test for neutrl lom topsoil of 0 ~ 20 m soil ontining orgni mtter G. kg - 1, totl 193 G. kg- 1, lkli solution nitrogen mg. kg - 1, ville phosphorus mg.kg - 1, ville potssium G.kg - 1, ph 6.8. Under high prodution onditions, two ftor split plot design ws used in the experiment nd min re for the plnts sping, line sping lssifition (A 1 60 m), sped hole doule strins (A 2 60 m nd hole doule strin), wide nrrow row sping (A 3 70 m+50 m), wide nrrow row sping (A 4 90 m+30 m) 4 kinds of wy, deputy distrit in sl types, divided into ompound fertilizer Shi Dnli( NPK=18:18:18), rih ompound fertilizer speil rw orn ( NPK=26:12:10) totl of 8 tretment groups, repet 4 times;. Plnting density were plnts, respetively), ell width of 3m, length 6.67 m. After smpling, the sissors should e wshed with distilled wter ottle, nd then dried with dry guze to prevent pollution. The g set to the stem, with thin ruer nd tied. This study showed tht the ultivtion model nd ompound fertilizer types on Longping 206 lef nitrte redutse tivity in the filling stge nd rehed the mximum vlue. In the whole growth period, the A 3 Longping 206 lef nitrte redutse tivity were highest, A 2 Longping 206 lef nitrte redutse tivity ws the lowest, nd etween A 1 nd A 3 without signifint differene, etween A 2 nd A 4 without signifint differene. In reent yers, studies hve proved tht the importnt physiologil index of orn "flow" orgns suh s solule sugr nd strh ontent, N nd K ontents n fully reflet the speed of trnsporttion of stem, Li Guohen reserh pointed out tht under the sme onditions, sed on the time ourse of suffiient moisture nd drought onditions of sp flow urve size n reflet the lk of moisture ontent in mize.
