5 HDPE Check List Long Service Easy Installation Flexibility Resistance Free Strong Affordable HDPE PIPESMeeting the Africa s challenges Today, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is the most cost-effective solution for piping in Africa. HDPE tackles a broad spectrum of piping problems/ complications across numerous sectors like the municipal, industrial, marine, mining, landfill, duct and agricultural sectors. Tried and tested HDPE has been tested and proven effective for above ground, surface, buried, slip-lined, floating, and sub-surface marine applications. To carry or not... HDPE can carry potable water, wastewater, slurries, chemicals, hazardous wastes, and compressed gases. In fact, polyethylene pipe has a long and distinguished history of service to the gas, oil, mining and other industries. Practically Maintenance Free... HDPE has the lowest repair frequency per kilometer of pipe, annually. In comparison to other pipe materials - Polyethylene is strong, extremely tough and very durable. LOWER LIFE CYCLE COSTS Corrosion Resistant Abrasion Resistant Chemical Resistant Leak Tight Strongest Joints Maintains optimum flow rates Excellent Surge Resistance Lower Repair Requirements REDUCED INSTALLATION COSTS NO DIG Technique Flexibility Fewer Fittings Lighter Installation Equipment Strongest Joints Minimum Thrust Blocks Light Weight & Longer Length Quick Installation

6 PPR PIPES Long lasting quality... designed for Kenya and beyond. Danco s Aquaflo Pipes are manufactured using certified virgin PPR raw material - the best quality PPR pipes, for hot and cold plumbing solutions. Currently, locally manufactured PPR Pipes are of sub-standard quality in Kenya and across sub-saharan Africa. This is because a number of manufacturers within the industry use filler to save on base material. At Danco, we pride ourselves in ethical business practices across our processes which warrants that our PPR Pipes are quickly becoming the brand of choice amongst our quality-conscious clientele. Our dependability on state-of-the-art European machinery, Danco - Aquaflo Pipes, are manufactured under maximum precision set to international DIN and ISO standards. Our Aquaflo pipes are embossed and printed with The Danco Mark of Quality, which includes all technical specifications and date of manufacture, which aid in product accountability and functional assurance. QUALITY PPR FLOATS on WATER At Danco, we always recommend that our customers carry out a float test on PPR Pipes to ensure that the composition is virgin material and pure. WHY USE THE FLOAT TEST Cost of redoing the entire job Company and personal reputation *This image is a design example, for live demo book a meeting today.
