3 Location, infrastructure and management(1/3) Finca"La Noria" is a family farm located in Northwestern Spain, in the villageof Buñuel, Navarra, in the heart of Ebro Valley(Bank of Navarra-Spain). Ithas anextensionof100 hectaresofirrigatedland, veryfertilesoilandhigh productivity, can rotateup to3 or4 cropsin thesameyear. Its location allows quick access to major roads and Iberian Peninsula communication lines, allowingtoprovidein justonedayin thespanishandsoutheuropean markets andneedingonlytwodaystosupplytherestofthemaineuropean markets. It has an efficient irrigation water management, drop located, and management of excess water, keeping an eyeonenvironmentalcareandproperuse of water resources of the Earth.

4 Location, infrastructure and management(/3) Preparation of Orders is perform in a facility with Clean Room Apparel with Health Registry(No NA) for safe food handling and cold storage(raw and finished products). The Farm currently has a covered area of 2,000 m 2 greenhouses, tunnel type, which helps prevent the rapid spread of pests. The forecast is double the area covered in the coming months. Pollination in greenhouses is done naturally without introducing species for this purpose. In the production management, the Farmpromotes the microfauna and flora biodiversity, in order to achieve the natural balance needed for growing of Organics Certified, withouttheuse ofpesticides, fertilizersorfungicideschemicalsourced. 5 Location, infrastructure and management (3/3) Most of the natural fertilizers used are generated from their livestock(manure) and fromtheagriculturalcropwastesandcleaningcompost. Production is spread throughout the year, alternating summer and winter crops. About 60 differentcropsare grown, highlightingtudela Artichokes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Onions, Tomatos, Cucumbers, Courgettes, Peppers andlettuce. We dispose a permanent Tracking System that allows us to certify the Food Track Security with number batch production. The management of production is monitored dailyin a fieldnotebookforeachplot.

Finca La Noria Farm production is carried out with Organic Agriculture criteria, under permanent supervisionofthecontrol Bureau (ES-ECO-025-NA) belongingtotheorganicnavarra Agriculture Board( Our Bio Number Producer is NA P0943. Nevertheless OrganicFarmingismore, itisa wayoflife, a way ofunderstandingthenatureandrole ofhuman beingsin the preservation of the environment. The production technique follows Crop Association and Rotation, and takes care of certain natural species(flora and fauna), seeking the necessary Biodiversity in order to achieve the natural ecosystem balance.

We dispose a daily permanent backoffice(administracion@fincalanoria.es) that ensuresaninmediate, closeandfullycustomizedrelationshipforeveryclient. The orders(domestic and export) are processed and confirmed daily. At the end of each day all collection, preparation and logistics listings are printed The pickups scheduled start early next day, as the first products reach the Cleanroom begin to be made the generic and tailormade orders Late afternoon the trucks are loaded depending on different destinations. We work with zero stock in cold storage, the product picking goes according to daily demand.
