10 (Note 3) (Note 4) (Note 5) (Note 6) Concerning agrochemicals that are designated as poisons or deleterious in the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act (Act No. 303 of 1950), preventing spread and leakage, labelling on the container, as well as displaying at storage location are legal obligation. In accordance with the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (act No. 50 of 1947), employers have obligation for employees to subscribe industrial accident compensation insurance. The Act also stipulates that even independent farms are eligible for receiving accident compensation by means of special subscription. Institutions which accept technical intern trainees have obligation to subscribe to industrial accident compensation insurance or take equivalent measures in accordance with the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 319 of 1951). In the cases that farms entrust their sales to an agricultural cooperative or other organizations, they may request the cooperative or the organization to prepare and keep the records on behalf of them. The results include the cases when farm groups on production site conduct inspection or other activities, concerning chemical residue or contaminants in the harvested product, to confirm the effect of GAP implementation. (Note 7) Refers to the period for preserving the records from the perspective of implementing Good Agricultural Practices. Fruit Trees Page 10
