11 ORDERING AND PICK-UP SEED ORDERS All seed orders must be placed directly with a Beck s or Great Harvest Organics dealer or sales representative. No returns allowed on certified organic seed purchases. SALES REPRESENTATIVE While Beck s only sells to farmers in 11 states, Great Harvest Organics will continue to be sold across the United States. If Great Harvest customers are located within Beck s marketing area, they will be placed with a Beck s sales representative in their area. If they are located outside of this area, Dave Ross will continue to be their representative. Courtesy pre-billings will be sent prior to January 15, 2019 for those customers wanting to receive the 10 percent cash discount for early payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. SHIPPING / PICK-UP Processing and shipping of Great Harvest Organics products will be moved from Beck s El Paso, IL facility to Beck s Pontiac, IL facility. Beck s will attempt to provide the same product for replant as customer originally planted. Substitutions of some products may be necessary. Replant must be planted in the same crop year as originally planted. In the event that elite alfalfa needs replanting, Beck s will provide replant seed one time during stand establishment. Great Harvest Organics branded soybeans and wheat are not eligible. 13

14 DISCOUNTS AND PROGRAMS PRESIDENT S CLUB We invite you to become a member of Beck s President s Club by agreeing to plant 100% Beck s and/or Great Harvest Organics branded corn on your operation. Place your spring 2019 seed corn order and sign a 100% Loyal Customer Affidavit to be eligible. President s Club benefits will run from August 1, 2018 through July 31, To be eligible, all conventional and organic corn must be planted in a Beck s product, such as Beck s, XL, Phoenix, Great Harvest Organics, etc. Club Benefits Club members will receive a $6.00 per unit instant rebate off their invoice for each seed corn unit purchased for planting in All club members present at a Beck s Annual Field Show will be given a recognition name tag as well as a special gift at the event. A special V.I.P. room will be available for President s Club members at Becknology Days in Atlanta, IN. Other special gifts will be given to club members throughout the selling season. All club members can qualify for a free Grand Cayman reward trip if they have $190,000 of corn and soybean business. Club members must plant 100% Beck s seed corn with the exception of a 1% competitive comparison in test plots. Club benefits are available to Beck s seed customers who purchase and agree to the club guidelines and sign the 2019 President s Club Affidavit between August 1, 2018 and July 31, COMMITMENT REWARDS Beck s Commitment Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you for entrusting us with your seed purchasing decisions. By making a 1-year or 3-year commitment to plant a minimum dollar amount of Beck s and/or Great Harvest Organics branded corn and/or soybeans, customers will earn points which they can use to select reward items. The deadline for the 2019 Commitment Rewards Program will be January 15, Item availability is subject to change throughout the year and commitments will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Customers previous year accounts must be paid in full to participate in the Commitment Rewards Program. Beck s reserves the right to deny customer participation in either the 1-year or 3-year commitments based on past credit or payment history. 15 TERMS AND POLICIES CASH PAYMENT DISCOUNTS FOR ORGANIC SEED CORN AND SOYBEANS The cash discount schedule is authorized on all current seed payments received during the following time periods. (All checks sent by mail must be postmarked by the deadline date.) All seed accounts that are unpaid as of August 1, 2019 will be charged 1.5% PER MONTH carrying fee based on the unpaid balance, which is equivalent to an 18% ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE. All purchases (other than as noted above) are due 30 days after invoice date. If not paid by the due date, the above-mentioned 18% carrying fee will apply. Previous year seed accounts must be paid in full prior to shipments of current year products to any customer.
