Our plants are accredited through the Canadian Seed Institute, on behalf of the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency). Our export facilities are certified with the Canadian Identity Preserved Recognition System (CIPRS) by the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC). CIPRS requires that a number of steps are strictly followed to ensure that identity preserved soybeans conform to the highest standards. It starts with the grower and planting Certified Seed which ensures that the unique genetic traits of quality characteristics of a variety are maintained from seeding through to when the crop is transported, handled, processed and shipped. The system requires complete documentation and record keeping that provide detailed traceability right back to the fields where the crop was grown. GENETICS THAT THE MARKET DEMANDS. Sevita Genetics is the soybean breeding arm of Sevita International. Our self-sufficient, independent research program uses our proprietary and exclusive germplasm. We have a skilled breeding team and leading edge technology including a DNA marker lab. 8 ADVANCING SOYBEAN GENETICS. DRIVING LOCAL PARTNERSHIPS. Our sales managers, reps, and customer support are resourceful, supportive, and committed to your success. From selecting your varieties to providing in-field agronomic support, their focus is on helping you maximize your profitability. Our promise to producers: to provide ongoing support and agronomic solutions to help you improve your returns. OUR NON-GMO AND TRAITED PRODUCT LINEUP DELIVER PACKAGE SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR FARM OPERATION. The diversity of our product lineup gives you the opportunity to use our seed varieties at multiple points in your rotation. Whether you re growing Premier Food Grade, PROGrade Conventional, or AdvancePRO Traited soybeans, our non-gmo and Traited seed package solutions can help address weed control and resistance challenges. The extensive nature of the PROSeeds product lineup helps us to optimize the soybean rotation of any producer in the areas where we do business. Regardless of the size of your operation or your farming practices, the PROSeeds team of professionals and our dealer partners are eager to help with varieties that will bring maximum value to your business. Premier Food Grade soybeans deliver an exceptional return on every acre when positioned and managed appropriately. However, some producers will find value in placing an AdvancePRO Traited variety on a field with a history of weed problems to take advantage of the technology or as a longer season option to complement some earlier food grade production fields. No matter the situation, we are here with the products and support required for a profitable soybean crop. THE PROOF YOU NEED TO INFORM YOUR SEED DECISIONS. We re committed to collecting accurate, current performance data of our products against competitive brands and sharing that information with producers. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions based on what you need to maximize your return on investment. Research locations We have 12 Sevita research locations where we evaluate new, proprietary Canadian food grade soybean varieties that perform across Eastern Canada s soils and climate zones. Provincial plot trials We participate in all provincially-run soybean trials where our full variety lineup is tested against other varieties in the marketplace. It s our way of helping you make the best decisions for your business putting comparative information about all varieties at your fingertips. Over 0 grower and dealer field trials We run our own large scale field trials with producers and our dealer network. What we learn from these tests lets us develop recommendations about which varieties are best suited to which type of environment, as well as offer yield and other agronomic information.
